المستخلص: المستخلص هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيس للكشف عن معوقات النشر في isi من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ببعض الجامعات السعودية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الأنسب لتحقيق أهدافها، فمن خلاله سيتم وصف الواقع الفعلي لتحديد معوقات النشر في isi من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وبيان مدى تأثير بعض المتغيرات في ذلك وتوصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج والتي من أبرزها : غياب الحوافز التشجيعية للأبحاث المتميزة والمبدعة.  غياب التعريف بالأبحاث المنشورة بالمجلات التابعة لقاعدة بيانات isi في المجتمع لتحقيق أقصى استفادة منها.  صعوبة تحقيق الشروط والمعايير الفنية للنشر في المجلات التابعة لقاعدة بيانات isi.  ضيق الفترة الزمنية المحددة لإجراء تعديلات المحكمين من قبل هيئة النشر بالمجلات التابعة لقاعدة بيانات isi.

Abstract: The study aimed mainly to uncover the obstacles of publishing in isi from the viewpoint of faculty members in some Saudi universities, and the study used the descriptive approach as the most appropriate to achieve its goals, through which the actual reality will be described to determine the obstacles to publishing in isi from the viewpoint of faculty members and to indicate the extent of the effect of some The variables in this and the study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which are Absence of incentives for distinguished and creative research.  Lack of publicizing the research published in the magazines of the isi database in the community to make the most of it.  Difficulty in achieving the technical conditions and standards for publication in the journals of the isi database.  The limited period of time for arbitrators' amendments to be made by the publishing authority of the journals of the isi database
