المستخلص: يعنى هذا البحث ببيان أحكام العبادات المترتبة على زوال الشمس ويأتي في مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة المقدمة: تشتمل على بيان أهمية الموضوع , وأسباب اختياره , والدراسات السابقة , وخطة البحث ومنهجه. التمهيد: في بيان معنى الزوال , وأهمية الوقت في العبادة. الفصل الأول: في أحكام الصلاة المترتبة على زوال الشمس. الفصل الثاني: في أحكام الصيام المترتبة على زوال الشمس. الفصل الثالث: في أحكام الحج المترتبة على زوال الشمس. الخاتمة: وتضم أهم النتائج.

Abstract: his research deals with the ritual rulings that follow the passing of the midday sun, and it consists of an introduction and a preface and three chapters and a conclusion Introduction: Includes the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, literature review, research plan and methodology. Preface: Explanation on the meaning of passing of midday sun (zawaal), and the importance of time in worship. Chapter One: The rulings of prayer that follow the passing of midday sun. Chapter Two: The rulings of fasting that follow the passing of midday sun. Chapter Three: The rulings of hajj that follow the passing of midday sun. Conclusion: It includes the significant findings of the research.
