المستخلص: يعنى هذا البحث بوضع جداول لما حوته كتب السلم, وبيع الخيار, وبيع المرابحة, وبيع العرية, من بداية المجتهد ونهاية المقتصد لابن رشد الحفيد. ويشتمل الكتاب الأول: كتاب السلم على بابين : الأول: في محل السلم وشروطه . والثاني: فيما يجوز أن يقتضى من المسلم إليه بدل ما انعقد عليه السلم، وما يعرض في ذلك من الإقالة والتعجيل والتأخير . ويشتمل الكتاب الثاني: كتاب بيع الخيار على بيان : حكم خيار الشرط في البيع ، ومدته ، وحكم الخيار إذا وقع مطلقًا ، وعلى من ضمان المبيع في مدة الخيار؟ وهل يورث خيار الشرط؟ ، وحكم جعل الخيار بيد غير العاقدين ، وحكم البيع الذي اشترط فيه خيار لا يصح . ويشتمل الكتاب الثالث: كتاب بيع المرابحة على بابين: الأول: فيما يعد من رأس المال مما لا يعد، وفي صفة رأس المال الذي يجوز أن يبني عليه الربح . والثاني: في حكم ما وقع من الزيادة أو النقصان في خبر البائع بالثمن . ويشتمل الكتاب الرابع: كتاب بيع العرية على بيان: معنى العرية ، وحكم بيعها ، ومحل العرية من الشجر ، ومقدار ما يجوز بيعه من العرايا ، وبيان وقت قبض الثمر المخروص في بيع العرايا

Abstract: This research focuses on sketching tables for the books of salam, option sale (bay al-khiyaar), murabaha sale, and 'ariyyah sale, from Bidaayah Al-Mujtahid wa Nihaayah Al-Muqtasid of Ibn Rushd the grandson. The first book which is the book of salam contains two sections: Firstly: On the applicability of salam and its conditions. Secondly: What may be required of a person to whom salam is paid in lieu of what has been agreed upon in salam contract, and what may emanate from such regarding reversing the decision to purchase (Iqaalah), and expedition and delay. The second book, the book of option sale, includes: The ruling on option of condition (khiyaar ash-shart) in sale, its duration, and the ruling of the option if was made indefinitely, and who guarantees the sale in the duration of the option? Is the option of condition inheritable? And the ruling of delegating the option to a third party, and the provision of a sale in which the option made is faulty. The third book: The book of murabaha sale, it is made up of two sections: The first is on what could be regarded as capital and what could be regarded as such, and the attribute of a capital on which profit may be built. And the second: On the ruling of the increase or decrease that may happen to the words of the seller with price. The fourth book: The book of bay al-'ariyyah includes: The meaning of 'ariyyah, and the ruling of its sale, the place of 'arriyah on trees, and the amount of 'arriyah that may be sold, and the time when the estimated fruits could be received in the sale of 'ariyyah
