المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة تعرف وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلاب الجامعة الإسلامية حول متطلبات البيئة التعليمية الداعمة للتعلم النشط، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (112) عضوًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، و(375) طالبًا من الكليات الشرعية والعربية، والكليات العلمية التطبيقية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وبنى الباحث أداتين في الدراسة هما: استبانة استطلاعية لتقصي متطلبات البيئة التعليمية، واستبانة متطلبات البيئة التعليمية الداعمة للتعلم النشط. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى تحديد قائمة بمتطلبات البيئة التعليمية الداعمة للتعلم النشط لكلٍ من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب،كما توصلت النتائج إلى توفر متطلبات البيئة التعليمية الداعمة للتعلم النشط في الجامعة الإسلامية بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا حول توفر متطلبات البيئة التعليمية الداعمة للتعلم النشط في الجامعة الإسلامية وفقًا لمتغير نوع الكلية (التخصص) لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكليات العلمية التطبيقية، ومتغير المرتبة العلمية للمتطلبات المتعلقة بالتقنية لصالح (أستاذ مساعد)، وأظهرت أيضًا عدم وجود فروق تُعزى لمتغير الخبرة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين الطلاب حول توفر المتطلبات وفقًا لمتغير نوع الكلية عدا متطلبات التقنية، وكذلك كانت هناك فروق لمتغير السنة الدراسية لصالح الطلاب الذين يدرسون في السنتين الأولى والثانية، وعدم وجود فروق أيضًا تُعزى لمتغير القارة، والمعدل التراكمي.

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the views of faculty members and students of the Islamic University about the requirements of the educational environment in support of active learning. The study sample consisted of (112) faculty members, (375) students from Islamic and Arab colleges, and applied academic colleges. The research was based on the descriptive approach in collecting the data, two tools were developed in the study, which were: an exploratory (questionnaire to investigate the requirements of the educational environment, a questionnaire for the requirements of the educational environment supporting the active learning. The results of the study showed identifying a list of the requirements of the learning environment supporting the active learning for both faculty members and students. The results also found availability of the requirements of the learning environment supporting active learning at the Islamic University provide a medium degree from the point of view of the sample. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the availability of the requirements of the educational environment supporting the active learning in the Islamic University according to the variable of sort of the faculty (specialization) for the faculty members of the applied scientific colleges. The results of the study also referred to the variable of the scientific rank for the technical requirements in favor (assistant professor). It also showed no differences due to the variable of experience, sort of faculty, continent and the cumulative rate.
