المستخلص: تناول البحث موضوع " مدى إستقلالية البنك المركزي في آداء دوره الرقابي وأثر ذلك على تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي في مصر : دراسة مقارنة مع النظام الأمريكي " ، وأكد البحث أن الدور الرقابي الذي يمارسه البنك المركزي على الجهاز المصرفي في الدولة يشكل مع السياسة النقدية حجر الأساس في إدارة السيولة النقدية في الاقتصاد القومي وضبط الأسعار ومن ثم تفادي الأزمات ، وهو الأمر الذي يحتم ضرورة تمتع البنك المركزي بقدر من الاستقلالية في قيامه بهذه الوظيفة.وقد أظهر البحث ضرورة التنسيق بين كل من السياسات النقدية والمالية والاقتصادية للوصول للهدف النهائي وهو تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي بل إن تدعيم استقلالية البنك المركزي تحتم إجراء هذا التنسيق.
Abstract: The research dealt with"The extent to which the central bank is independent in performing its oversight role and its impact on the economic stability of Egypt: a comparative study with the American system, and the research confirmed that the central bank's oversight role on the state banking system is a cornerstone of monetary policy In managing the liquidity of the national Economy, controlling prices and thus averting crises, which makes it is imperative for the central bank to enjoy some degree of autonomy in carrying out this function. The research has shown the need to coordinate between monetary, financial and economic policies in order to achieve the ultimate goal of economic stability, also central bank's independence necessitates such coordination.
