المستخلص: تناول هذا البحث باعتبار البيئة عملية شاملة ومتكاملة يتوقف نجاحها على ما يقوم به البشر من جهد متعدد الجوانب والاشمال والتنية كمفهوم ارتبط بالتقدم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وما يعنيه ذلك من تغيير في بنية الاقتصاد بتعدد قطاعات الانتاج . وقد اتبعت في بحثي المنهج الاستقرائي وقد توصلت لبعض النتائج والتي من أهمها أن السياسات التنوية تؤدي إلى إنماء قابل للاستمرار تحترم مقومات البيئة التي يعيش فيها الإنسان كما يجب انها تراعي قدرة كل الفئات الاجتماعية على تحمل التغيير والاستفادة منه على قدم المساواة

Abstract: This research deals with the environment as a comprehensive and integrated process whose success depends on the multifaceted effort made by humans and the shapes and development as a concept related to economic and social progress and what that means in terms of changing the economic structure with the multiplicity of production sectors. In my research, I followed the inductive approach I have reached some conclusions, the most important of which is that nurturing policies lead to sustainable development that respects the components of the environment in which people live, and it must also take into account the ability of all social groups to withstand change and benefit from it equally.,
