المستخلص: هذا البحث يعتبر نموذج لموسوعة فقهية، تخدم وبشكل مباشر المقرر الدراسي لطلبة كلية الشريعة بالجامعة الإسلامية، وهو كتاب (بداية المجتهد ونهاية المقتصد)، وبالتالي تكون هذه خدمة جديدة للكتاب – وهي غير مسبوقة بهذه الطريقة - تضاف لرصد الخدمات المقدمة للكتاب، وتسهم في تيسير فهم مسائل الكتاب وحفظها وضبطها؛ لوضع كل مسألة في صفحة مستقلة، مقسمةً على حسب عدد الأقوال. وقد اخترت هنا كتاب الطلاق، وكان عدد مسائله (31) مسألة، ومعظم الخلاف فيها على قولين، ثم على ثلاثة أقوال، ثم على أربعة أقوال، وقد كان عدد المسائل المختلف فيها على قولين (20) مسألة، وعدد المسائل المختلف فيها على ثلاثة أقوال (6) مسائل، وعدد المسائل المختلف فيها على أربعة أقوال (3) مسائل، وعدد المسائل المختلف فيها على خمسة أقوال مسائلة واحدة، ومسألة واحدة مختلف فيها على ثمانية أقوال. وقد سرت على تقسيم وترتيب المؤلف –رحمه الله- في ذكر الكتب والأبواب والمسائل والأقوال، وأنسب القول للإمام وليس للمذهب، مع بيان الراوية الراجحة إذا ذكر المؤلف –رحمه الله– أكثر من رواية للمذهب الواحد، وهذا قليل في الكتاب، وأثبت ما نسبه المؤلف –رحمه الله– من أقوال فقهية لغير الأئمة الأربعة، ولا أزيد عليهم، وأضفت إليها مذهب الإمام أحمد بن حنبل –رحمه الله – في كل المسائل التي لم يذكر قوله فيها، وقد رتبت المسائل وفق الآتي: رقم المسألة/عنوان المسألة/ تحرير محل الخلاف/ الأقوال ونسبتها سبب الخلاف/ الأدلة/ الراجح/ ثمرة الخلاف/ مراجع المسألة.

Abstract: This research is a model of a jurisprudential encyclopedia that directly serves the syllabus of the students of the Faculty of Sharia at the Islamic University. This is a new service for the book, which is unprecedented in this way. It is added to monitor the services provided to the book. The issues of the book and its preservation and control; to put each issue in a separate page, divided by the number of statements. Then mention the cause of the dispute mentioned by Ibn Rushd, and if he did not mention it and this little, I strive in his conclusion, and put in brackets the words (not mentioned by Ibn Rushd). Then mention the evidence and the oldest evidence of the first statement and the face of significance and then the evidence of the second statement and the face of significance and then the evidence of the third statement and the face of significance. And conclude the matter by mentioning the correct statement according to what appeared to the researcher and the reason for weighting in short.
