المستخلص: في هذا البحث دراسة لمصطلح شروط المفسر عند السيوطي؛ ببيان معناه، وتحقيق مصدره، وعرض الشروط المذكورة، وتحرير القول فيها، وذكر مواقف العلماء مما اشترطه السيوطي، ومحاولة التوصل إلى القول الراجح في ذلك. ويهدف البحث إلى إيجاد خلاصة محررة في هذا النوع من أنواع علوم القرآن. ومن نتائج البحث: 1. أهمية دراسة المصطلحات العلمية، والتدقيق في مدلولاتها، والتأمل في آثارها. 2. التأثير الواضح للكافيجي على تلميذه السيوطي عمومًا، وفي خصوص مسألة البحث تحديدًا. ومن توصيات البحث: الحث على تناول مسائل علوم القرآن بالدراسة في أبحاث مفردة محررة؛ لتحقيق القول فيها، وتدوين خلاصة يستفيد منها المتخصصون وغيرهم.

Abstract: This research includes the study of the terminology of conditions of the exegetes according to Al-Suyouti, by explaining its meaning, confirming its source, presenting the mentioned conditions, analyzing the opinions surrounding them, and mentioning the position of the scholars regarding the conditions mentioned by Al-Suyouti, and attempting to reach the most preponderant opinion regarding this. This research aims at reaching an analyzed conclusion on this kind of issue in the sciences of the Qur'an. The findings of the research include: 1- The importance of studying scholarly terminologies, a painstaking look at their connotations, and considering their effects. 2- The apparent influence of Al-Kaafeegi on his student Al-Suyouti on a general note, and especially on the topic of the foregoing research. The recommendations of the research include: Advocacy for the study of issues of sciences of the Qur'an in separate analytical research, in order to achieve a sound opinion regarding them, and documenting a conclusion that will be beneficial to the experts in the fields and beyond.
