المستخلص: للمسجد النبوي الشريف مكانة عظيمة في الإسلام، ومنزلة رفيعة في نفوس المسلمين، فهو ثاني الحرمين الشريفين، ومهاجر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، منه شعت أنوار الهداية، ونهل منه أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم الأحكام الشرعية، وقد خصه الله ببعض الأحكام والخصائص التي ليست لغيره، وجعل له من الفضائل ما تميز بها عن سائر المساجد سوى المسجد الحرام، ومع توالي العصور والأزمان، استجد في عصرنا الحاضر مسائل ونوازل في المسجد النبوي يحتاجُ الناس إلى بيان أحكامها، وتوضيح حقائقها، والفقه بأدلته العامة والخاصة وقواعده وضوابطه يشمل جميع هذا النوازل والمستجدات، لذا أحببت أن أجمع هذه المسائل الفقهية المستجدة؛ من خلال المشاركة بأبحاث كرسي دراسات المسجد النبوي الشريف ببحث عنوانه: (المسائل الفقهية النازلة المتعلقة بالمسجد النبوي) جمعاً ودراسة فقهية.
