Abstract: In the research, I compiled the verses of inna ((إن with shadda and the different recitations in regard to Fatha and Kasrah from the ten Qurrah (reciters), arranged according to their sequence in the Holy Qur’an. I sought Allah's help in explaining their justifications, using original references of the field, although I sufficed myself to apparent and easy justifications, presented in simple terms to make it easy for researchers. Search plan.: The research includes introduction, chapter, conclusion and indexes. The main chapter consists of verses and their justifications. The conclusion consists of important findings and recommendations. This research is based on compilation, descriptive and analytic methodology. The findings include: 1- The most common justification of Kasr is Istinaf (new sentence), or Maqul Qaul, or Atf (coordinating conjunction), or Badal (apposition), among other ten justifications mentioned by grammarians in regard to Kasr of Inna. 2- Arabic grammarians mentioned nine justifications for Inna with Fatha, each of it was used separately in the justification of the previous verses, except in the function of Na’ib Fa’il, and most of them repeatedly functioned as Maf’ul and Majrur Bi Al-Harf. 3- Arabic grammarians mentioned nine justifications for Inna with Fatha and Kasra, only three among them came in verses with different Qira’at. 4- Al-Istinaf (new sentence) doesn’t mean the sentence has no relation with the previous, in most cases Isti’naf functioned as explanatory to the previous sentence.
