هدف البحث إلى معرفة دور القائد التربوي في غرس قيم الوسطية والاعتدال داخل المدرسة وأثر ذلك على الرضا الوظيفي على المعلمين، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي والاستبانة كأداة للبحث، وتكون مجتمع البحث من معلمي المدارس الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة، وتم استخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة باستخدام الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةStatistical Package for Social Sciences )) والتي يرمز لها اختصاراً بالرمز (SPSS)، وتم استخدام المقاييس الإحصائية التالية: التكرارات والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحراف المعياري ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون لقياس الصدق ومعامل الفا كرونباخ لقياس الثبات و اختبار اختبار كروسكال واليس (Kruskal Wallis ) و اختبار مان ويتني (Mann-Whitney) واختبار (T).
أهم نتائج البحث :
1- يمارس القائد التربوي دوره في غرس قيم الوسطية والاعتدال داخل المدرسة بدرجة عالية بلغت 3.51من 5.
2- يمارس القائد التربوي دوره في توعية منسوبي المدرسة بمفاهيم وقيم الوسطية والاعتدال داخل المدرسة بدرجة عالية بلغت 3.57من 5.
3- يمارس القائد التربوي دوره في ممارسة أساليب تطوير الفكر الوسطي وتنميته لمواجهة الغلو والفكر المتطرف بدرجة عالية بلغت 3.45 من 5.
4- بلغ متوسط درجة الرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين 3.69( درجة عالية) نتيجة غرس القائد التربوي لقيم الوسطية والاعتدال داخل المدرسة.
5- بلغ متوسط درجة الرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين 3.69( درجة عالية) نتيجة توعية القائد التربوي لمنسوبي المدرسة بمفاهيم وقيم الوسطية والاعتدال.
6- بلغت درجة الرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين 3.68 ( درجة عالية) نتيجة لأساليب القائد التربوي في تطوير الفكر الوسطي وتنميته لمواجهة الغلو والفكر المتطرف.
Abstract: ABSTRACT
Research Subject: The role of the school leadership in cultivating moderate values concepts in the school staff behavior and its effect on their career achievement satisfaction level.
Name of the researcher: Abdullah Ali Salem Altammam.
The purpose of this study is to highlight the role of the school leadership in cultivating moderate values concept in the academic field and its effect on the school teachers career achievement satisfaction level. The researcher used the survey methodology as a tool of analysis in this research. The research focused on high schools teachers in the city of ALmadinah AlMunawarah by using several Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS). The statistical methods used in this research are: repetitions, average calculations, standard deviation and Pearson Correlation Coefficient to verify credibility, Cronbach’s alpha to determine steadiness, Kruskal Wallis test, Mann-Whitney test and the “T” test.
The most important outcome of the research:
1- The school leadership has a great role in cultivating moderate values concepts among the school staff at 3.51 out of 5.0.
2- The school leadership has a role in rising the staff awareness level among the school staff at 3.57 out of 5.0.
3- The school leadership has a great role in developing the intellectual methods pertaining moderate values concept and fighting extremism among school teachers at 3.45 out of 5.0.
4- The level of career satisfaction among teachers was at 3.69 (high mark) which was a result of cultivating moderate values concepts among the school staff by the school leadership.
5- The level of career satisfaction among teachers was at 3.69 (high mark) which was a result of rising awareness of moderate value concepts among the school staff by the school leadership.
6- The level of career satisfaction among teachers was at 3.68 (high mark) which was a result of academic methods of the academic leader in developing moderate values to face intellectual extremism.
