المستخلص: الحمد لله وكفى، والصلاة والسلام على المصطفى. هذا البحث يعنى بتحقيق ودراسة رسالة " رد القول الخائب في القضاء على الغائب" لقاسم بن قطلوبغا الحنفي المتوفى 879ه، وهي رسالة ذات أهمية في مسألة القضاء على الغائب، فهي تعنى بتحقيق مذهب الحنفية في مسألة القضاء على الغائب وتحرير محل النزاع عندهم فيها، مع الإشارة إلى مذاهب بقية العلماء في المذاهب الأربعة، وقد تميز المؤلف في عرضه للمسألة بحشد النقول والأقوال من كتب الحنفية في المسألة مع التعقيب والتحليل لها. وقد عرفت في هذا البحث بالإمام قاسم بن قطلوبغا فذكرت أولا ما يتعلق بحياته الشخصية (اسمه ونسبه ونسبته -مولده -وفاته)، ثم عرجت على حياته العلمية (نشأته -شيوخه وتلاميذه -مذهبه الفقهي-مؤلفاته -صفاته -مكانته العلمية)، ثم عرفت بالرسالة، وحققت اسمهــــــــــا، ووثقت نسبة الرسالة إلى المؤلف، ووضحت موضوع المخطوط وسبب تأليفه، ومنهج المصنف في المخطوط، ومصادره، ثم قمت بتحقيق النص المذكور تحقيقا علميا يبين مقصوده، ويكشف غوامضه.

Abstract: Praise be to God and enough, and prayers and peace on Mustafa This research is concerned with the investigation and study of the message "Response of the false saying in the elimination of the absent" to Qasim ibn Qatlubgha al-Hanafi, who died in 879 AH, which is important in the issue of eliminating the absentee. , With reference to the doctrines of the rest of the scholars in the four schools of thought, and the author was distinguished in his presentation of the issue to collect criticisms and words from the books of the Hanafi in the matter with comment and analysis. In this research, Imam Qasim Ibn Qatlubgha was mentioned first about his personal life (his name, his name, his rank, his death, his death) and then his scientific life (his origins - his elders and his students - his jurisprudence - his writings - his qualities - his scientific potential). , And achieved the name, and documented the proportion of the letter to the author, and explained the subject of the manuscript and the reason for its authorship, and the approach of the work in the manuscript, and its sources, and then I achieved the text of the mentioned scientific investigation shows its intent and reveals its obscure.
