المستخلص: ركز هذا البحث والمعنون بـــ" المنظومات القضائية دراسة نظرية وصفية " على جمع المنظومات في علم القضاء ، فالحاجة ماسة لجمع تلك المنظومات ؛ خدمة لطلاب العلم ليتسنى لهم الوقوف عليها ،والاستفادة ومنها ، و خدمة مالم يتم إخراجه منها ، و قد تم تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة اشتملت على الافتتاحية و أهمية الموضوع و أهدافه و خطة و منهج البحث ، ثم التمهيد ، و فيه التعريف بالمنظومات القضائية ،و فوائدها و عيوبها ،و موضوعات المنظومات القضائية ، ثم المبحث الأول و فيه ، المنظومات القضائيـة عند الحنفية والشافعية والحنابلة ،و قد تم الوقوف على ثلاث منظومات فيها، ثم عقبت بمنظومتين لم أتمكن من الوقوف عليهما ، ثم المبحث الثاني في المنظومات القضائية عند المالكية ، و تم الوقوف على سبع منظومات في المذهب المالكي ، ثم عقبت بالمنظومات التي لم أتمكن من الوقوف عليها وهي ثلاث عشرة منظومة. وقد تطرق البحث في المنظومات التي وقفت عليها إلى بيان اسم المنظومــة، وعدد أبياتها، والوصف الإجمالي للمنظومة، والأعمال على المنظومة من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي. أما المنظومات التي لم أقف عليها فاكتفيت بالمعلومات التي وقفت عليها في تلك المنظومات.
والباحث يوصي في بحثه بضرورة إخراج مالم يتم إخراجه من المنظومات، والاستفادة من المنظومات المطبوعة، وإعادة إخراجها إن كان إخراجها قديما.
Abstract:
This research, entitled "Judicial systems, is a descriptive theory study" on the collection of systems in the field of jurisprudence. There is an urgent need to collect these systems; service for science students so that they can stand on them, benefit from them and serve them unless they are removed. It included the introduction and importance of the subject and its objectives and plan and methodology of research, and then the introduction, and the definition of judicial systems, and the benefits and disadvantages, and the subjects of judicial systems, and then the first section and where, the judicial systems at the Hanafi, Shafi'i and Hanbali, On three Systems, and then hit two systems I could not stand them,
And then the second section in the judicial systems at the Malikiyah, and was standing on seven systems in the Maliki school, and then punished the systems that I could not stand it, which is thirteen system. The research in the systems that stood on it to indicate the name of the system, the number of verses, and the total description of the system, and work on the system through the descriptive method descriptive. The systems I did not stand up to the information I stood on in those systems.
The researcher recommends in his research the need to remove unless it is extracted from the systems, and benefit from the printed systems, and re-output if the output of old.
