المستخلص: ركز هذا البحث والمعنون بــ" قضاة الحنابلة من عهد الإمام أحمد بن حنبل رحمه الله تعالى حتى منتصف القرن الرابع عشر ال هجري1350 ه." جمعا ودراسة" على إبراز دور الحنابلة في تولي القضاء؛ لعدم وجود دراسات تعالج هذا الموضوع من خلال بيان رأي الإمام أحمد في تولي منصب القضـاء وموقفه من القضاة. وزمـان ومكان تولي قضاة الحنابلة وسبب قلتهم. وألقاب الحنابلة وأولياتهم القضائية، والعوائل القضائية، وخصائص قضاة الحنابلـة وقضائهم، وتعداد قضاة الحنابلة في تلك الفترة الزمنية من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي. والباحث يوصي في بحثه بضرورة دراسة قضاة بقية المذاهب الأخرى للوقوف على مساهمات علماء الأمة من كل مذهب في خدمة السلطة القضائية.

Abstract: focused this research and entitled "Judges Hanbali from the era of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal God's mercy until the middle of the fourteenth century AH 1350 e." And the study of the role of Hanbalis in the administration of the judiciary; because there are no studies dealing with this issue through the statement of opinion of Imam Ahmad in the assumption of the position of the judiciary and its position on the judges and the time and place of the judges of Hanbala. The judges of the Hanbalis and their judges through the inductive analytical method. The researcher recommends in his research the need to study the judges of the rest of the other sects to find out the contributions of the scholars of the nation from every doctrine in the service of the judiciary.
