المستخلص: موضوع البحث وأهدافه: يقوم البحث على استقصاء اختيارات الهذلي للقراءات القرآنية في كتابه الكامل، ثم النَّظر في علل هذه الاختيارات وحصر ما اعتُبرت فيه موافقة القرَّاء، مع بيان العبارات والألفاظ الواردة في التعليل، والتمثيل لكل صورة من صور العلل، ثم مقارنتها مع تعليلات العلماء الآخرين لاختياراتهم في القراءات، والتعليق عليها بما يلزم. منهج البحث: اتّبعت المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع علل موافقة القرَّاء اختيارات الهذليُّ في كتابه: (الكامل)، ثم رتبتها في مطالب بحسب كثرة الموافَقين، مبتدئًا بما اعتبر فيه الهذلي موافقة أكثر القرَّاء في المتواتر والشاذ، ومنتهيًا بما اعتبر فيه موافقة أحد القرَّاء. هيكل البحث: جاء البحث مكوَّنًا من مقدمة بيَّنتُ فيها: الأهمية العلمية للموضوع وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، وتقسيمات البحث، ومنهج البحث، وتمهيد عَّفت فيه بالإمام الهذلي وكتابه: (الكامل)، ثم خمسة مطالب، أولها: موافقة أكثر القرَّاء في المتواتر والشاذ، ثم موافقة القرَّاء العشرة، ثم موافقة القرَّاء السبعة، ثم موافقة قرَّاء بعض البلدان، وآخرها موافقة أحد القرَّاء. وخلص البحث إلى نتائج مهمَّة، منها: عناية الهذلي البارزة بقراءات القرَّاء في اختياراتها، وتنوُّع صورها، كما تضمن البحث توصيات، منها: دراسة سائر تعليلات الهذلي لاختياراته ومقارنتها بتعليلات الأئمة ذوي الاختيار.

Abstract: Research theme and objectives: The research is based on an investigation of al-Hudhali’s selections of Quranic readings in his book “al-Kāmil”, then consideration of the rationales behind these selections and taking inventory of the readings he agreed with other Qurān readers, explaining the phrases and words contained in the rationalization, and citing instances for each form of rationale, then comparing them with the rationalizations of other scholars of their selected Quranic readings, and commenting on them as necessary. Research Methodology: I adopted the inductive approach in compiling the rationalizations of the Quranic readings where readers agreed with al-Hudhali’s selections in his book "al-Kamil", then I arranged them in research topics according to the number of those that agreed with him, beginning with where al-Hudhali considered the endorsement of most Qur'ān readers in al-Mutawatir (overwhelmingly narrated readings by a large number of scholars whose approval is beyond doubt) and al-Shadhdh (not overwhelmingly narrated readings by the scholars whose approval is beyond doubt), and concluding with what he considered the endorsement of one of the Qur'ān readers. Research structure: The research consisted of an introduction in which I explained the scientific importance of the theme and the reasons for its selection, previous studies, research divisions, research methodology, and a preface in which I introduced Imam al-Hudhali and his book (al-Kāmil) followed by five research topics, the first being endorsement of most Qur'ān readers in al-Mutawatir and al-Shadhdh, then the endorsement of the ten Qur'ān readers, then the endorsement of the seven Qur'ān readers, then the endorsement of the Qur'ān readers of some countries, and the last of which is the endorsement of one of the Qur'ān readers. The research concluded with prominent findings, including the outstanding attention al-Hudhali paid to the readings of Qur'ān readers in his selections, and the diversity of its forms. The research also included recommendations including studying other al-Hudhali's rationalization of his selections in Qur'anic readings and comparing them with the rationalizations of other leading scholars in this regard.
