المستخلص: هذا بحث بعنوان" القول الوجيز في أحكام الكتاب العزيز للسمين الحلبي (ت756هـ) من بداية كلامه على سورة طه إلى نهاية كلامه على الآية (14) من السورة نفسها-دراسة وتحقيقاً"، شاركت به مجموعة من زملائي في مرحلتي الماجستير والدكتوراه، حيث حققت ودرست فيه الموجود من تفسير سورة طه؛ حيث لا يكفي الموجود لرسالة علمية، وقد فسر فيه المؤلف رحمه الـلـه أربع عشرة آية من سورة طه. وقد جعلت البحث في قسمين: قسم الدراسة، وقسم التحقيق، ترجمت في قسم الدراسة منه للمؤلف ترجمة موجزة، وكتبت لمحة يسيرة عن الكتاب، واحتوى قسم التحقيق على نص كلام المؤلف في تفسير الموجود من سورة طه محقَّقاً. وكان مما لحظته في دراسة الكتاب اختلاف منهج المؤلف في كتابه، حيث ابتدأ الكتاب بالاقتصار على الكلام على آيات الأحكام على منهج أغلب من كتب في أحكام القرآن، لكنه بعد ذلك أصبح يفسر جميع الآيات، غير أن جزءاً كبيراً من الكتاب مفقود.

Abstract: This is a researcha study and investigation on the book titled (Al-Qawl Al-Wajeez fee Ahkaam Al-Kitaab Al-Azeez by Samin Al-Halabi Died 756AH) from the beginning of his saying on Surat Taaha to the end of his saying on this verse on the Surat itself - . in which i have joint a group of my colleagues in masters and doctorate levels. where i investigated and studied the part which was left from Surat Taaha as what was left was not enough for masters thesis, the author interpreted fourteen verses of Surat Taaha. i divided the research into two sections: a study section and an investigation section. in the study section i gave a brief introduction of the author and a glimpse about the book, the investigation section included the text of the author on the interpretation of what was available in Surat Taaha, i noticed the different methodology of the author in his book, where as he started with short comments on the verses of ruling on the approach those who wrote on the the ruling of the Quran, but he went afterwards interpreting all of the verses, despite a huge part of the is missing.
