المستخلص: من الكتب التي تحتاج إلى إعادة النظر في تحقيقها والتّعليق عليها كتاب: "التمهيد" للإمام الإسنوي رحمه الله تعالى؛ لما تميّز به هذا الكتاب من تأصيل وتفريع، وتخريج وترجيح، وتوسّع في النقول، وتبحّر في ذكر المصادر والمراجع، والمآخذ والحججِ. وقد منّ الله عليّ بتحقيق قسمٍ من هذا الكتاب المبارك، مشاركاً لإخوتي في قسم أصول الفقه في الجامعة الإسلاميّة، في مشروع علميّ لتحقيق هذا الكتاب وإخراجه بصورة قشيبةٍ تسرّ-بإذن الله تعالى- الناظرين، وتبهج القارئين والمستفيدين. وقسمت البحث إلى قسمين: الأوّل: القسم الدراسي، ويشتمل على دراسة مختصرة لمقدّمات علم تخريج الفروع على الأصول، وعن التعريف بالمؤلّف، والتعريف بالكتاب "التمهيد" ونُسَخِه، ومنهجي في التعليق عليه، وتحقيقه. الثاني: قسم التّحقيق، ويشتمل على نصّ المخطوط محقّقاً بعد نسخه حسب القواعد الإملائية المعروفة، والاجتهاد في إظهاره على الصورة التي تكون أقرب إلى قصد المؤلف رحمه الله. وقد اعتمدت في تحقيق هذا الكتاب على أربع نسخ، هي: النسخة الأولى: نسخة من المتحف البريطاني، مصورتها من مركز الملك فيصل للبحوث والدّراسات، عدد لوحاتها (119). والنسخة الثانية: محفوظة في مكتبة أحمد بن حسن العطاس العامة في حُريضة باليمن، نسختها المصورة بالجامعة الإسلامية برقم (8558), عدد لوحاتها (73). والنسخة الرابع: مصورتها في معهد المخطوطات العربية في جامعة الدول العربية برقم (234) وحصلنا على صورة منها من مكتبة أمّ القرى, نسخت سنة (770ه) (797ه). والنسخة الثالثة: محفوظة في مكتبة مصطفى أفندي، برقم (284)، عدد لوحاتها (141).

Abstract: Among the books that need to be reviewed in order to verify and comment on them is the book: “Al-Tamheed” by Imam Al-Isnawi, may God Almighty have mercy on him; This is because the book was distinguished by its extrapolation and branching, extraction and validation, and expanding of the sayings, and delving into the citation of sources and references, and the drawbacks and arguments. God has blessed me with the investigation of a section of this blessed book, participating with my colleagues in the Department of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence at the Islamic University, in a scientific project for the investigation of this book and its production in a short form that pleases - by God Almighty’s permission - the lookers, and delights the readers and beneficiaries. The research was divided into two parts: The first: the study section, which includes a brief study of the introductions to the science of extracting the branches on the fundamentals, the introduction of the author, the introduction of the book “Al-Tamheed” and its manuscript copies, and a systematic commentary on it, and its investigation. The second: the investigation section, which includes the text of the manuscript, verified after transcribing it according to the known spelling rules, and the diligence to show it in the form that is closer to the author’s intention, may God have mercy on him. I relied on four copies of this book, which are: The first copy: A copy from the British Museum, photographed by the King Faisal Center for Research and Studies, number of plates (119). The second copy: preserved in the Ahmed bin Hassan Al-Attas Public Library in Huraydah, Yemen, its photocopy at the Islamic University No. (8558), number of plates (73). The third copy: its photocopied in the Institute of Arabic Manuscripts in the League of Arab States No. (234), and we obtained a copy of it from the Umm Al-Qura Library, copied in the year (770 AH) (797 AH). The fourth copy: preserved in the Mustafa Effendi Library, No. (284), number of plates (141).
