المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى استجلاء منهج البخاري رحمه الله في صياغته لتعليق صحيفة علي بن أبي طلحة التي يرويها عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما في التفسير، وبيان عدد المواضع التي علقها في صحيحه بصيغة التمريض، التي قد تدل على شيء من الضعف في الإسناد، وتلمُّس الإجابة عن إشكال سبب تعليق البخاري بصيغة التمريض لأربعة مواضع أو خمسة فقط من أصل (49) أو (50) موضعاً، بينما أورد بقية المواضع بصيغة الجزم. وقد قسمت البحث إلى ثلاثة أقسام: ما ثبت تعليقه بصيغة التمريض، وما يحتمل تعليقه بصيغة التمريض، وما يتوهم عده من صحيفة ابن أبي طلحة من معلقات البخاري في صحيحه. وقد خلص البحث إلى أن الأصل عند البخاري رحمه الله تعليق صحيفة ابن أبي طلحة بصيغة الجزم، وأن ما علقه بصيغة التمريض منها فلعلل عارضة، أهمها مخالفته لما يرويه أصحاب ابن عباس عنه.

Abstract: This study aims at extracting the method of Al-Bukhari (may Allah forgive him) in his expressions regarding his comments on Ali bun Abi Talha's paper which he narrates from Ibn Abaas (May Allah be pleased with them both) in the interpretation of the Quran, and showing the number of places where he commented in it in the sick form, which might mean a weakness in the chain of narration, beseeching the answer to the problem and reasons of Al-Bukhari's commenting on such as a sick narration in four to five places out of (49) or (50) places, while he uses the expression of affirmation in the rest of the places. I have divided the research into three sections: what has been confirmed to be commented on as a sick narration, what could probably be commented on as a sick narration and what can be a delusion counting it as Al-Bukhari's comment in his book As-Sahih from Ibn Abi Talha's paper. The study concluded that the fundamental evident by Al-Bukhari (may Allah forgive him) is the comment of affirmation form in Abi Talha's paper, and what he commented on in the form of sick may just be an occurrence, the most important of it was it opposes what Ibn Abaas's Companions narrates from him.
