المستخلص: الحمد لله وحده وبعد: فهذا بحث بعنوان: القواعد الأصولية وتطبيقاتها عند الشيخ عبدالرحمن بن حسن، من خلال كتاب فتح المجيد شرح كتاب التوحيد - جمعًا ودراسة – وقد تكون البحث من مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث، أما المقدمة: فشملت أهمية البحث، وأسباب اختياره، وخطته البحث، والمنهج المتبع فيه. وأما المباحث فعلى النحو التالي: المبحث الأوَّل: ترجمة موجزة للشيخ عبدالرحمن بن حسن، المبحث الثاني: القواعد الأصولية وتطبيقاتها عند الشيخ عبدالرحمن بن حسن، وجاءت في أربعة وعشرين مطلبًا، وتهدف الدراسة إلى بيان أثر تعلم أصول الفقه في فهم العقيدة فهمًا صحيحًا، واستعمال قواعده في الرد على المبطلين وأصحاب الشبهات، وقد ختمت البحث بخاتمة بين فيها أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها ومنها: 1- من خلال هذا الشرح ظهر أثر علم أصول الفقه في فهم العقيدة فهمًا صحيحًا.2- أهمية تعلم علم أصول الفقه لفهم عقيدة أهل السنة والجماعة، والرد على المخالفين. 3- يعد كتاب التوحيد وشروحه من أنفس كتب العقيدة التي يجب الاعتناء بها. وأوصي الباحث بأهمية الاعتناء بكتاب التوحيد وتدريسه للناشئة، لما فيه من بيان شاف لعقيدة أهل السنة والجماعة ولما كان عليه سلف هذه الأمة. وأهمية الاعتناء بالقواعد الأصولية المتعلقة العقيدة، ومن الدراسات التي يوصي بها الباحث دراسة دور أصول الفقه في رد الشبهات العقدية، وكذلك أوصى بدراسة النوازل العقدية دراسة أصولية عقدية.

Abstract: Praise be to Allah alone. This is a research entitled: Maxims of fundamentals of jurisprudence and their applications by Sheikh Abdul-Rahman bin Hassan, through the book Fath al-Majid, The Explanation of Kitab al-Tawhid - collection and study - and the research may consist of an introduction and three chapters, his research plan, and the approach used in it. As for the chapters, they are as follows: The first chapter: a brief biography of Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Hassan, the second chapter: Fundamental rules and their applications according to Maxims of fundamentals of jurisprudence and their applications by Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Hassan, and it was in twenty-four topics. The study aims to demonstrate the impact of learning the principles of jurisprudence in understanding the doctrine correctly, and the use of its maxims in responding to the invalidators and the confusionists. The research concluded with a conclusion in which it outlined the most prominent findings reached, including: 1- Through this explanation, the impact of the science of the principles of jurisprudence appeared in understanding the doctrine correctly. 2- The importance of learning the science of jurisprudence to understand the doctrine of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama’ah, and to respond to the violators. 3- Kitab Al-Tawheed and its explanations is one of the most valuable books of belief that must be taken care of. The researcher recommended the importance of taking care of the Book of Tawheed and teaching it to young people, because it contains a clear explanation of the belief of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah and what the predecessors of this nation were upon. And the importance of taking care of the fundamental rules related to belief, and one of the studies recommended by the researcher is to study the role of the principles of jurisprudence in refuting the doctrinal confusions, as well as the study of the doctrinal calamities.
