المستخلص: الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده... وبعد: فإن علم أصول الفقه من أهم علوم الشريعة، وإن ممن ألف في هذه العلم الإمام ابن قدامة المقدسي، في كتابه روضة الناظر، وقد شرح واختصر هذا الكتاب جمع من العلماء، ومنهم الشيخ الأمين الشنقيطي رحمه الله، فقد شرح هذا الكتاب إبان تدريسه له في كلية الشريعة بالجامعة الإسلامية، وكان له على ابن قدامة استدراكات نفيسة، وقد حاولت في هذا البحث جمع استدراكاته على ابن قدامة في باب التخصيص، ودراستها دراسة أصولية، فجاء البحث في مقدمة واثني عشر مبحثًا، وخاتمة، وكانت الاستدراكات محل البحث في المسائل التالية: في تعريف التخصيص، وفي تقسيم التخصيص إلى قسمين: متصل ومنفصل. وفي التمثيل للتخصيص بالحس بقوله تعالى: "تدمر كل شيء بأمر ربها". وفي التخصيص بالعرف المقارن للخطاب. وفي عدِّ قول الصحابي، من ضمن أدلة التخصيص. وفي جعل فعله وتقريره  مخصصين مستقلين وفي جعل الاستثناء مفارقًا للتخصيص. وفي تخصيص الاستثناء بجوازه في البعض. وفي حكم تأخير الاستثناء. وفي الجواب عن الآية التي استدل بها من جوَّز استثناء الأكثر. وفي حكم تعدد الاستثناء. وفي حكم استثناء الكل. وقد ذكرت في الخاتمة أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها ومنها: 1-أنَّ الإنسان مهما بلغ في علمه ومنزلته، فإنه يبقى بشرًا، وعمله لا يخلو من خطأ ونقد واستدراك، وأغلب هذه الانتقادات والاستدراكات هي من قبيل وجهات النَّظر. 2- أنَّ استدراك الشيخ الأمين ــ رحمه الله ـ على ابن قدامة في عدم تقسيم المخصِّصُ إلى متصلٍ ومنفصلٍ في غير محلِّه؛ لأمرين ذكرتهما في أثناء البحث. 3- أن ابن قدامة رحمه الله يرى أنَّ من شرط المخصص أن يكون بدليلٍ مستقل؛ لذا فإنَّه لم يعد الاستثناء من المخصصات.

Abstract: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet. The science of jurisprudence is one of the most important sciences of Sharia, and among those who wrote in this science was Imam Ibn Qudamah al-Maqdisi, in his book Rawdat al-Nazir. A group of scholars, including Sheikh Al-Ameen Al-Shanqeeti, may Allah have mercy on him, explained and summarized this book. He explained this book during his teaching at the Faculty of Sharia at the Islamic University and had valuable rectifications on Ibn Qudamah. In this research, I tried to collect his rectifications on Ibn Qudamah in the chapter on specification and studied it fundamentally. The research consists of an introduction, twelve chapters, and a conclusion. The rectifications were the subject of research in the following issues: in the definition of specification, and in dividing the specification into two parts: connected and separate. And in the representation of being specific to the senses, God Almighty says: “She destroys everything by the command of her Lord.” in the customary comparative custom of speech, in regarding the sayings of the companion, among the evidence of specification. And in making the act of the prophet and his approval independent specification, and in making the exception separate from specification, in the specification of the exception is permissible in some. in the rule of delaying the exception. In the answer to the verse inferred by the permissible exception to the most. In the rule of multiple exception. In the rule of all exceptions. In the conclusion, I mentioned the most prominent results that I reached, including: 1- That a person, no matter how high his knowledge and status, remains human, and his work is not free from error, criticism and redress, and most of these criticisms and rectifications are like points of view. 2- That Sheikh Al-Amin - may Allah have mercy on him - corrected Ibn Qudamah in not making dividing the specific into the continuous and separation in its non-position; for two reasons I mentioned in the research. 3- Ibn Qudamah, may Allah have mercy on him, considers that one of the conditions of the specifics is that it be based on independent evidence; So, it is no longer the exception to the provisions.
