المستخلص: الملخص الحمد لله، والصَّلاة والسَّلام على رسول الله، وعلى آله وصحبه ومَن والاه، أمَّا بعد: موضوع البحث: القراءات العشريَّة الدَّائرة بين كلمتي ﮋ ﭒﮊ و ﮋ ﮉ ﮊ (جمعًا ودراسةً). أهداف البحث: جمع القراءات التي يكون خلاف القرَّاء فيها دائرًا بين كلمتي ﮋ ﭒﮊ، وﮋﮉ ﮊ في بـحثٍ واحدٍ. وبيان سبب إخبار الله تعالى عن المأمور أنَّه استجاب لأمره في الآيات المشتملة على قراءتي: ﮋ ﭒﮊ وﮋ ﮉ ﮊ، خاصَّةً وأنَّ المأمور -وهو النَّبيُّ ث، أو الرَّسول الذي أُرسل من قبله، أو الملك من الملائكة- معروفٌ باستجابته لأمر ربِّه. وإبراز قاعدة (تعدُّد القراءات بـمنزلة تعدُّد الآيات في التَّفسير). وإظهار طريقة التَّعامل مع القراءة بين علمي توجيه القراءات والتَّفسير. منهج البحث: جمعت في هذا البحث بين المنهج الاستقرائيِّ والمنهج التَّحليليِّ الوصفيِّ. جمعت المواضع التي كان خلاف القرَّاء فيها دائرًا بين كلمتي ﮋﭒﮊ وﮋﮉ ﮊ، ورتَّبتها حسب ورودها في القرآن الكريم. ودرست جميع المواضع من حيث عزو القراءات لمن قرأ بـها، ورسم الألف في المصاحف العثمانيَّة، ومعنى الآية على كلُّ قراءةٍ على حدةٍ، وسبب اجتماع القراءتين في الآية، والحكمة من نزول القراءتين. وقد وثَّقت النُّقولات من المصادر الأصيلة. أهمُّ النَّتائج: عدد المواضع التي اختلفت قراءة القرَّاء العشرة فيها بين كلمتي (قال)، و(قل): (7) مواضع. وباعتبار عدِّ المواضع المذكورة في السِّياق الواحد موضعًا واحدًا تكون (6) مواضع؛ حيث وقع موضعان في سياقٍ واحدٍ في سورة المؤمنون. ظهر من اختلاف القراءتين ﮋﭒﮊ وﮋﮉﮊ معانٍ استدعاها السِّياق بيَّنتها في موضعها. أهمُّ التَّوصيات: جمع ودراسة القراءات الشَّاذَّة التي اختلف القرَّاء فيها بين كلمتي (قال)، و(قل). الكلمات الدَّالَّة: قال، قل، معنى، الآية، سبب، اجتماع.

Abstract: Abstract Praise be to Allaah, and may blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allaah, and upon his family, companions, and those who follow him. Research topic: The Ten Qiraa‘aat that Revolve around the Two Words "Qaala" (He Said) and "Qul" (Say): (Compilation and Study). Research objectives: To compile the Qiraa‘aat (Quranic readings) in which the Qurra (orthodox readers) disagreement revolved around the two words "Qaala" (said) and "Qul" (say) in one issue. And the explanation of the reason why Allaah informed us that the commanded has complied to His commandment in the verses that include the two readings: "Qaala" and "Qul", especially that the commanded –who is the Prophet –peace and blessing upon him- or the prophet sent before him, or an angel among the angels- is known for complying to the commandment of His Lord. And to highlight the rule that states that: (the multiplicity of readings is like multiple verses in interpretation). The research also aims to show the method of relating with a reading between the science of Qiraa‘aat (readings) and Tafseer (exegesis). Research Methodology: In this research, I combined the inductive method and the analytical descriptive method. I compiled the topics of disagreement between the Quraa that revolve around the two words "Qaala" and "Qul", and I arranged them in order of their mention in the Glorious Qur‘an. Then, I studied all topics in terms of ascribing each reading to who the one who read it, and the calligraphy of Alif in the Ottomans' Qur‘aans, and the meaning if the verse based on each separate reading, and the reson for the combination of the two readings in the verse, and the wisdom behing the revelation of the two redings. I also referenced each quotation from the primary sources. The most important findings: (1) The number of places in which the ten readers' reading differed between the words "Qaala" and "Qul" is (7) places. And by considering the number of the mentioned positions in the same context as one place, it will be (6) places, because two places fall into the same context in Surat al-Mu'minun. (2) It emerged from the difference in the two readings "Qaala" and "Qul", meanings that the context invoked and these have been explained in their appropriate places. The most important recommendations: Compilation and study of the anomalous readings that were subject of disagreement between the Quraa between the two words "Qaala" and "Qul".
