المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين ، والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الأمين ، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين ، وبعد . هذا بحث جمعته في دراسة انتقادات الحافظ الذهبي للإمام ابن حزم في كتبه الميزان والمغني وديوان الضعفاء وذيله ، ظهر لي من خلاله حفاوة الحافظ الذهبي بأقوال الإمام ابن حزم واعتناءه بنقلها ، ونقده العلمي المقرون بالدليل لما يظهر له خطؤه مع الأدب في الانتقاد والأمانة في النقل ، وقد جمعت أقوال أهل العلم حول المسألة محل الانتقاد ودرستها محاولاً الوصول إلى الراجح ، فوجدت الصواب قد حالف الإمام الذهبي رحمه الله في جميع هذه المواضع . هذا وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين .

Abstract: Gratitude to Allah and peace upon Prophet Muhammad and his family and all his companions. This is a study I collected on the criticisms of Imam al-Thahabi to Imam Ibn Hazm in his books: Al-Mizan, Al-Mughni, Divan Al-Dha’ifa and its Appendix. It seems to me that al-Hafiz al-Dhahabi has showed great respect toward Imam Ibn Hazm's sayings and cited them carefully. When he thought Imam Ibn Hazm is mistaken, he criticized him scientifically based on evidence with politeness and honesty. I have collected scholars' sayings on the matters under study and studied them in order to find out the most accurate one among them. I found that Imam al-Thahabi has been correct in all matters. And peace upon him Prophet Muhammad and his family and all his companions.
