المستخلص: ملخص البحث: هذه ترجمة تحليلية لترجمة أحد رواة الحديث الذين ظهر فيهم اختلاف أئمة الجرح والتعديل حاولت فيها جمع ما تناثر في ثنايا كتب الأئمة من الكلام عليه، ودراسته دراسة متأنية؛ رغبة في الوصول إلى الأرجح من الأقوال الواردة فيه، ومن أبرز ما جاء في ترجمته أنه: أبو الزبير المكي، هو: محمد بن مسلم بن تدرس مولى حكيم بن حزام بن خويلد، سكن المدينة ومكة زماناً، وكان ذا عقل وحفظ، وقد أثنى أيوب على فقهه، والذهبي على علمه، روى عن جماعة من الصحابة رضي الله عنهم فروى عن: أنس بن مالك وجابر بن عبد الله وأبو هريرة وابن عباس، وروى أيضًا عن عبد الله بن عمرو وعائشة، ولم يسمع منهما. أخرج له البخاري لا على سبيل الاحتجاج واحتج به مسلم. لم يتكلم أحد في عدالته عدا ما جاء عن شعبة، ولم يصب فيه- وإنما تُكُلم في حفظه وضبطه، وهو فيما يظهر في أدنى مرتبة ثقة أو أعلى مرتبة صدوق، والله أعلم، وهو موصوف بالتدليس، وقد جعله الحافظ ابن حجر من الثالثة، والأظهر في وفاته أنها كانت سنة ست وعشرين ومائة، ويوصي الباحث: بأهمية العناية بالدراسة التحليلية لتراجم رواة الحديث لاسيما المكثرين منهم أو من تكثر فيهم كلام أئمة الجرح والتعديل ويظهر فيهم الاختلاف، ووجوب مراجعة أصول كتب التراجم ورواة الحديث وعدم الاكتفاء بالكتب المتأخرة التي تعتني بجمع مجمل كلام الأئمة في الراوي.

Abstract: This is an analytical study of the biography of one of the narrators of the hadeeth, in which the difference between the imams of biographical evaluation appeared, in which I tried to collect what was scattered in the folds of the books of the Imams, and to study it carefully; aiming to sort out the best of what being said in the book, and the best of what being said his biography is that he is Abu Al-Zubayr al-Makki, he is: Muhammad bin Muslim bin Tadrus Mawla Hakim bin Hazam bin Khuwailad, lived in Mecca and Madinah, and was a reasonable man with great memory, he was praised by Ayyub for his Fiqh, and praised by Al-Thahabi for his knowledge, He has narrated from a group of companions of the Prophet may Allah be pleased with them such as Anas bin Malik and Jaber bin Abdullah and Abu Hurayrah and Ibn Abbas, and also narrated from Abdullah bin Amr and Aisha with the exception that this was not heard directly from Abdullah bin Amr and Aisha. Al-Bukhari used him but not as evidence unlike Muslim who used him as evidence. No one spoke of his justice except for what was said by Shu’bah, and he only mentioned his attitude and memorization. he appears to be in the lowest rank of trust or higher rank of honesty and Allah knows best. he was described as deceit, and Al-Haafidh Ibn Hajar made him of the third category. It appeared that he passed away 126 Hijra. The researcher recommends: The importance of taking care of analytical study to evaluate the biographies of Hadeeth narrators, Especially those of them who narrate a lot of hadith, or those in whom the words of the imams of al-jarh and ta’deel abound and the difference appears in them. and the need to review the origins of the books of biographies and narrators of the Hadeeth and not only the late books that take care to collect the entire knowledge of Imams in the narrator
