يُعنى هذا البحث بدراسة حاشية الجرجاني على الشرح العضدي لمختصر ابن الحاجب في علم أصول الفقه؛ دراسةً استقرائيةً وصفيةً، وهي دراسة لمنهج الجرجاني العام في حاشيته، ولأهم المعالم التي برزت في تحشيته مِن: عناية بتصوير المفردات، وخدمة المشروح بالإيضاح والتبيين، والزيادة عليه بالاستدراك والترجيح والتحقيق، إلى غير ذلك مما يُكمِّل المشروح ويُتِمُّه؛ كل ذلك من خلال تتبع جزئيات المادة العلمية في الحاشية واستقرائها ووصفها بذكر الشواهد والأمثلة عليها.
وكان لكلٍّ من المنهج العام وتلك المعالم التفصيلية مبحثٌ مستقل، مع التمهيد بتعريف موجَز للسيد الجرجاني رحمه الله.
وقد خرج الباحث بنتائج تُظهر أهمية هذا النوع من القوالب التأليفية، وتُبرز حاشية الجرجاني خاصَّةً؛ منهجًا ومعالمَ، كما أوصى بمزيد دراسة لمناهج الحواشي الأخرى من كتب أصول الفقه؛ لما في ذلك من تقريب علومها للباحثين وإظهار فوائدها المكنونة لهم.

Abstract:
This research seeks to carry out an investigative descriptive study on Al-Jurjānī’s marginal note on the commentary of Al-‘Adud on the Mukhtasar of Ibnul-Hajib on the science of fundamental of jurisprudence. It is a study on Al-Jurjānī’s general methodology in his marginal note due to his general imprints in his marginal note vis-à-vis his concern in depicting words and explaining the commentary with elucidation and clarification, addition, correction, weighing and verification among other tasks that help in complementing and supplementing the commentary through sourcing for every single matter in the marginal note in investigating and describing it by mentioning their related examples and instances.
Each of the general methodology and the detailed imprints has a section in the work with a concise biography of as-Sayyid Al-Jurjānī-Rahimahullah-.
The researcher has come out with some findings that portray the importance of these style of writings and specifically Al-Jurjānī’s marginal notes in term of its methodology and emblems. Also, the researcher recommends that an additional study on methodologies of other marginal notes be worked out from the books on fundamental of jurisprudence, as that will help to bring closer its sciences to the researchers and to show its concealed benefits.
