المستخلص: يُعنى هذا البحث باصطلاح العلامة ابن النَّجَّار الحنبلي المتوفى سنة: 972هـ في إشارته إلى الخلاف في مختصره المشهور: "مختصر التحرير"، وكانت عناية البحث بذلك من جهتين: الجهة الأولى: جمع المادة العلمية لاصطلاحه في ذلك، وهي ثلاثة مصطلحات: "في وجه"، و"على قول"، و"في قول". وقد بلغت عدد المسائل التي ذُكرت فيها هذه المصطلحات: (30) مسألة. وقد وضع الباحث مطلبًا لكل مصطلح من الثلاثة، وأدرج تحته مسائل ذلك المصطلح في "مختصر التحرير" وعلى ترتيبه. مع ذكر نصِّ كل مسألة. وأما الجهة الثانية؛ فتوثِيقُ تلك المسائل من جُملةٍ من كتب الحنابلة التي لها علاقة قريبة بالمختصر، وشرحُ عبارة المختصر إن خفيت، والاقتصارُ على ذكر أقوال علماء الحنابلة في المسألة التي ذُكر فيها المصطلح. وقد خرج الباحث بجملةٍ من النتائج؛ كأهمية الوقوف على مناهج أهل العلم، والحاجة إلى إعادة تحرير بعض المسائل. كما أوصى ببعض التوصيات العلمية المتعلقة بالمختصر مما يكون فيه تجديدٌ بِنائِيٌّ في علم أصول الفقه. الكلمات المفتاحية: النَّجَّار – اصطلاح – مختصر التحرير –وجه – المعتمد - قول.

Abstract: Abstracts This work studies the parlance and style of the great scholar Ibn Najjar Al-Hanbali who died year 972 AH in mentioning the scholarly controversy in his popular book “Mukhtasarut-Tahrīr” wherein the concern of the research appears in two faces: The first face: compiling a knowledge-based elements for his parlance on that which consist three terms: “in one aspect” and “based on one opinion” and “in one opinion” wherein the numbers of matters where these terms are used has reached thirty matters and the researcher has discussed each of the three terms in a sub-section where he records matters relating to each term in the book “ “Mukhtasarut-Tahrīr” and based on his arrangement order alongside the mentioning of each matter. As for the second face: it is by authenticating those matters from the list of the Hanbali literatures that has a close connection with Al-Mukhtasar and by explaining the text of Al-Mukhtasar where it appears unclear, and by only mentioning the opinions of the Hanbali scholars in the matter where the term was mentioned. The researcher has come out with a list of findings which include the importance of knowing the methodologies of the scholars and the need to articulate some matters. Also, the researcher gives some knowledge-based recommendations that relate to “Al-Mukhtasar” of which an innovative foundation can be found in the science of the fundamental of jurisprudence.
