المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث قانون التفسير الذي استللته من كتاب الإكسير في قواعد التفسير لنجم الدين الطوفي (ت716هـ)، والذي يوضح كيفية تعامل الناظر في أقوال المفسرين وأدلتهم مع تلك الأقوال والأدلة، وقد تناوله هذا البحث بالشرح لمفرداته ومعانيه، والتحليل لأجزائه وعباراته، تفكيكًا لتراكيبه وجمله، وشرحًا لغامضه، وتوضيحًا لمصطلحاته، وتنبيهًا على خفيه، وتقريرًا لجليه، ومناقشة لأفكاره، وإبرازًا لما تميز به، ونقدًا لمواضع النقد منه، وقد خلصت منه بمجموعة من الفوائد كان أبرزها أهمية العناية بقانون التفسير لطالب علم التفسير، وأن يكون نبراسه في التعامل مع الأقوال التفسيرية، ومنهاجه في الموازنة والترجيح بينها.

Abstract: This research deals with the rule of interpretation which I extracted from the book titled: (Al-Iksir fee Qawaa'id At-Tafsir) by Najm Ad-Deen At-Toufi died 716AH, which explains how the viewer can deal with sayings of the interpreters and their shreds of evidence regarding those sayings and the evidence, this research has dealt with the explanation of its vocabularies and meanings, analyzing its parts and expressions, deconstructing its syntax and its word constructions, explaining its hidden meanings and terms, discussing its ideas, highlighting its distinctive ideas, and criticizing its areas of criticism. I concluded with a number of benefits, the most important of which are, the student of Quranic interpretation's utmost care about the rule of the Science of the Quranic interpretation, and that it leads his way of dealing with the interpretational sayings and his methodology in comparison and validation of its sayings.
