المستخلص: يتناول البحث مفهوم التجديد في التفسير وإمكانيته في الأصل، وعدم معارضته لأصول التفسير وقواعده، كما يتناول الضوابط التي يلزم أن تتوفر في التفسير الجديد، والتي كان أهمها عدم خرق الإجماع على تفسير سابق. كما تناول البحث المجالات التي يمكن أن يكون التجديد فيها، والتي ليس بالضرورة أن تكون في المعنى التفسيري للآية القرآنية، بل ربما في طريقة التفسير ووسيلته، وهو مجال خصب للتجديد. وقد خلص البحث إلى أن شرط التجديد في التفسير هو ألا يخرق إجماعاً سابقاً على معنى آية من كتاب الله، مع مراعاة أصول التفسير وقواعده، وهو ما لا يختص به التفسير الجديد، بل يحاكم إليه جميع الأقوال التفسيرية حديثها وقديمها على حد سواء.

Abstract: This search deals with the concept of renewing in the Exegesis, its possibility in the original evidence, and its lack of contradiction to the principles and rules of Exegesis, as it also deals with the conditions that are to be found in the new interpretation, the most important of which is lack of breaking the first consensus view. the research also dealt with the areas in which the renewal could take place, which is not necessarily to be in the interpretative meaning of the Quranic verse, but perhaps in the way of interpretation and its means, it is a fertile area for renewal. the research concluded that the rule of renewal in the interpretation is not to break the first consensus view on a meaning of a verse in Allah's book, with the consideration of the principles of interpretation and its rules, which is not only for the new interpretation, rather, all the interpretation words are judged through, be it the old and new words in equal.
