المستخلص: يتناولُ هذا البحثُ المختصرُ " التنبيهاتِ الأصوليّة في "شرح نظم مراقي السعود" والمعروف بـــ" المراقي إلى المراقي"، للعلامة "المرابط" محمد الأمين بن أحمد زيدان الجكنيّ (ت 1325هـ)، وقد قدّم البحث بتمهيدٍ ثم ثلاثة مباحث: الأول: في التعريف بالناظم عبدالله بن الحاج إبراهيم العلوي وبكتابه مراقي السعود. و الثاني: في التعريف بالشّارح "المرابط" ابن أحمد زيدان وبشرحه "مراقي السّعود إلى مراقي السعود". و الثالث في صلب الموضوع: وهو تنبيهات ابن أحمد زيدان على مراقي السُّعود، وفيه خمسةَ عشرَ تنبيهاً. وقد توصل البحثُ إلى أن تلكُمُ التّنبيهات جاءت موضحةً لدقائق المسائل التي وردَت عليها، وأكثرها على باب القياس ، كما أنها كشفت عن مكانة علميّة عظيمة للمؤلف والشارح، وجلّ اعتماد الشارح فيها على العلامة أحمد ابن قاسم العبّادي (ت 994هـ) في كتابه (الآيات البينات علي اندفاع او فساد ما وقفت عليه مما اورد علي جمع الجوامع وشرحه للإمام المحلي من الاعتراضات)، و على صاحب الأصل عبدالله بن إبراهيم العلويّ ت1233هـ (في كتابه نشر البنود شرح مراقي السعود) إلا أنه لم يُخل التنبيهات – والشرح عموماً- من فائدة أو تحرير يتميّز به.

Abstract: This concise research deals with the "fundamental indications in the "Sharh Nadhm Maraqi Al-Su'ud", known as "Al-Maraqi ila Al-Maraqi", by the scholar "Al-Murabit" Muhammad Al-Amin bin Ahmed Zaidan Al-Jakani, (died 1325 A.H). The research was introduced with a preface and then three sections: The first section: is on introducing the author of the verses, Abdullah bin Al-Hajj Ibrahim Al-Alawi and his book Maraqi Al-Su'ud. The second section: is on the introduction of the annotator “Al-Murabit” Ibn Ahmad Zaidan and his annotation “Maraqi Al-Su'ud Ila Maraqi Al-Su'ud”. The third section: is on the significant part: which is Ibn Ahmad Zidan’s indications on Maraqi Al-Su'ud, and it contains fifteen indications. The research concluded that these indications were meant to explain the deepest aspect of the issues that were highlighted, most of them are from the chapter of analogy, and these revealed the great scientific status of the author and the annotator. The annotator heavily relied in his work on the scholar Ahmed Ibn Qasim Al-Abadi, who died in the year 881AH in his book " Al-Aayat al-Bayinaat ala indifa'i ao fasad ma waqafatu alayhi mima aorada alaya jam'u al-Jawami' wa sharhihi li Al-Imam al-Muhali mina-l I'tiradhat". He also relied on the author of the original verses; Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Alawi, (died 1233 AH) in his book, (Nashr al-bunud Sharh Maraqi al-Su'ud), except that the indications - and the annotation in general - were not without benefit or analysis that is distinguished by it.
