المستخلص: المستخلص يهدف البحث إلى: بيان أهمية الفهم الصحيح للقرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية. والكشف عن أهم ضوابط الاستدلال بهما على القضايا التربوية، التي يجب الأخذ بها ، والتي تعين الباحث في التربية الإسلامية للسير على الطريق الصحيح لفهم النص الشرعي، دون تعسف أو اقحام للنصوص. واستخدم الباحث :المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع المادة، وعلى المنهج الاستنباطي في تحليل المعلومات، ثم المنهج الوصفي في عرض المادة. وتوصل الباحث إلى جملة من النتائج من أهمها: - أن الأصل في النصوص الشرعية الأخذ بظاهرها ،ولا يعدل عن ذلك إلا بقرينة تدل عليها كما أجمع على ذلك سلف الأمة. - أن الباحثين في التربية الإسلامية بحاجة ماسة إلى مثل هذه الضوابط التي تمثل الطريق الصحيح لفهم النصوص الشرعية والاستدلال بها. - أن هذه الضوابط تضع الباحث في التربية الإسلامية على الطريق العلمي الدقيق في منهج الاستدلال والاستنباط الصحيح، الذي لا يخرج عن النص الشرعي. الكلمات المفتاحة: الضوابط- الاستدلال – القرآن الكريم- السنة النبوية- القضايا – التربوية.

Abstract: Abstract The present study aimed at highlighting the importance of correct understanding of the Qur'an and the sunnah, as well as explaining the most important rules and Controls of inferring the Qur’an and sunnah on educational issues that must be taken into consideration in the field of education, because it is one of the most importance things that guides the researcher in Islamic education to understand Islamic educational matters in following the right way to understand the legal text without arbitrariness or intrusion into the texts. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher relied on many approaches, including inductive approach to the collection of scientific material, as well as the deductive approach in the analysis of information and also used the descriptive method in presenting the subject accurately. At the end of the research, the researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which are the following: The origin of the Islamic sharia texts is to act with what is stated in a clear sense and not to rely on another meaning except with a presumption that indicates that as agreed upon by the predecessor of the ummah. The Researchers of Islamic education are in desperate need of such rules which are the right way to understand and infer the legal texts. These rules and controls place the researcher in Islamic education on the precise scientific path in the correct inference method, which does not deviate from the Islamic legal text.
