المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث المسائل الفقهية من كتاب الصلاة الواردة في كتب العقائد (دراسة فقهية مقارنة)، وقد اقتضت طبيعة هذا البحث أن يكون في مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، أما المقدمة فقد اشتملت على أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وخطته.
وجاء المبحث الأول في مسألة حكم الصلاة، والمبحث الثاني في مسألة الجهر بالبسملة، والمبحث الثالث في قصر صلاة المسافر، وفي كل مبحث من هذه المباحث تناولت المسألة في كتب العقائد، ووجه ذكرها في كتب العقائد، وحكمها.
ثم الخاتمة، قد ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
ومن أبرز ما توصل إليه البحث:
1) كتاب الصلاة من أهم الكتب التي خالف فيها المبتدعة أهل السنة والجماعة، ولذا حرص أئمة السلف على ذكر تلك المسائل الفقهية التي خالف فيها أهل البدع.
2) الرافضة والخوارج من أعظم وأشهر الفرق انحرافاً في الأصول والفروع.
3) الموافقة في بعض أقوال أهل البدع من بعض أئمة أهل السنة والجماعة أو بعض المذاهب السنية لا يعني أنهم من أهل البدع أو على منهجهم، بل هو اجتهاد منهم لا يسقط من مكانتهم ولا قيمتهم.
Abstract: This research deals with jurisprudential issues from the book of prayer contained in the books of beliefs (a comparative jurisprudence study), and the nature of this research required that it be in an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion and its plan.
The first topic came on the issue of the rule of prayer, the second topic on the issue of reciting the basmalah, and the third topic on shortening the traveler’s prayer.
Then the conclusion, in which the most important results and recommendations were mentioned.
Among the most prominent findings of the research:
1. The Book of Prayer is one of the most important books in which the innovators disagreed with Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah, and that is why the imams of the predecessors were keen to mention those jurisprudential issues in which the people of heresy disagreed.
2. The Rafidah and Kharijites are among the greatest and most well-known sects in deviation in fundamentals and branches.
3. Agreeing with some of the sayings of the people of heresy from some imams of the Sunnis and the group or some of the Sunnah sects does not mean that they are from the people of heresy or on their approach, rather it is a diligence from them that does not fall from their position or value..
