خطة البحث: يحتوي البحث على مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثان، وخاتمة. أما المقدمة فتتضمن الافتتاحية، وأهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وخطته. وأما التمهيد: فيتضمَّن دراسة حول حقيقة السُّنَّة الكفائية، والمسائل المتعلقة بها. والمبحثان هي: المبحث الأول سُنن الكفايات في العبادات، والثاني: سُنن الكفايات في غير العبادات.
من أبرز نتائج البحث: أنَّ السُّنَّة الكفائية هي مهم يقصد حصوله بلا جزم من غير النظر إلى فاعله، واتفاق المذاهب الأربعة من الحنفية والمالكية والشافعية والحنابلة على وجود السُّنَّة الكفائية، وإنَّما اختلفوا في الفروع الفقهية، أنَّ مصطلح السُّنَّة الكفائية مصطلح أصولي.

Topic: The Collective Sunnah (Sunnah Kifā’iyyah): Collection and Comparative Jurisprudential Study. Idea of the topic: Compiling the offshoot jurisprudential issues on collective sunnah, and studying these sunnahs in a comparative jurisprudence way.
Research method: inductive.
Research plan: The research includes an introduction, a preface, two topics, and a conclusion. Regarding the introduction: it contains the preface, the significance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, its aims, the literature review, the research method and its plan. As for the foreword: It contains a study on the concept of collective sunnah and related issues. And the two topics are: the first topic: collective sunnah in ritual matters, the second: on collective sunnah on non-ritual matters.
The significant findings of the research include: is the matter expected to take place voluntarily without considering a particular doer, and the consensus of the four schools of jurisprudence; the Hanafis, the Maalikis, the Shaafi’is, and the Hanbalis, on the existence of collective sunnah, albeit they disagree on related offshoot matters of jurisprudence, and that the term collective sunnah is an Usūlī (fundamentals of jurisprudence) term.
