المستخلص: يقوم هذا العمل على قراءة شرح شواهد المغني للسيوطي المطبوع والمحقق وموازنتهما بالنسخ المخطوطة، وذكر الاختلاف بين المطبوع والمخطوط الذي يؤثر في النص والمعنى متجاوزًا ما استدركته الرسالة العلمية، والاكتفاء بما خالف المخطوط ولم تصلحه الرسالة العلمية مشيرًا إلى ذلك في موضعه. وقد قسمت العمل وفق جل عيوب التحقيق المعروفة على النحو الآتي: السقط والزيادة، والتقديم والتأخير، والتصحيف والتحريف، والتغيير والتبديل. ووصل البحث إلى عدم سلامة نص الكتاب المطبوع والرسالة العلمية، وأن هذا التحقيق ليس تحقيقًا دقيقًا؛ فقد وقع فيه جل عيوب التحقيق.

Abstract: This work is based on reading Al-Mughni's evidences explanation by Al-Suyuti the printed and investigation and balancing it with manuscript copies. And he mentioned the difference between the printed and the manuscript, which affects the text and the meaning beyond what the thesis realized, and sufficed with what contradicted the manuscript and the thesis did not fix it, pointing to that in its position. The work was divided according to most of the known shortcomings of the investigation, as follows: drop and increase, submit and delay, misspelling and distortion, change and switch. The research found that the text of the printed book and the scientific message were not correct. that this investigation is not thorough; Most of the shortcomings of the investigation occurred.
