المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تقويم التعليم عن بُعد في ظل انتشار جائحة كوفيد (19) في معهد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها بالجامعة الإسلامية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ولتحقيق هذا تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (67) معلم وعضو هيئة تدريس في الجامعة الإسلامية، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، تم تحليل بيانات الدراسة باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية هي: المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معامل ألفا كرونباخ، واحتبار(ت) للعينات المستقلة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الإسلامية وافقوا بدرجة مرتفعة على وجود معوقات لاستخدام نظام إدارة التعلم (Blackboard) في تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بلغات أخرى، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) في استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم (Blackboard) في تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بلغات أخرى تعزي لمتغير الدرجة العلمية (معلم - عضو هيئة تدريس)، وذلك لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ومتغير التخصص (تربوي - غير تربوي)، وذلك لصالح غير الحاصلين على مؤهل تربوي، و متغير الدورات التدريبية (حاصل على تدريب - لم يحصل على تدريب)، وذلك لصالح الحاصلين على تدريب، ومتغير الخبرات التدريسية ( (5) سنوت إلى (10) سنوات - أكثر من (10) سنوات)، وذلك لصالح الخبرات التدريسية أكثر من (10) سنوات، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات.

Abstract: This study aimed to find out the evaluation of distance education in light of the spread of Covid-19 pandemic at Arabic teaching institute for non-native speakers in the Islamic University in the point of view of faculty members. To achieve this objective, the analytical descriptive method was used. The study sample formed from 67 teachers and faculty members In the Islamic University. They were selected randomly. The questionnaire was used as tools to collect data and the study data was analyzed using a set of statistical methods. Like: Arithmetic Averages, Standard Deviations, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, Independent Samples Tests. The study results declared that the faculty members of the Islamic University agreed with high degree that there are retardants to use the Learning Management System (Blackboard) in Arabic teaching for non-native speakers. There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 in the use of the Learning Management System (Blackboard) in Arabic teaching for non-native speakers, which are consoled to variable scientific degree (teacher - faculty member). It is in favor of faculty members and the specialization variable (educational - non educational). It is in favor of incompetent of educational qualification and the training course variable (trained - untrained). It is in favor of trained, and the variable of teaching experiences from 5 years to 10 years or more than 10 years. It is in favor of teaching experiences for more than (10) years. Based on the results of the study, a set of recommendations were reached.
