المستخلص: الباحث: عبدالرحمن بن عبدالله بن محمد الساعدي. الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين، نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد: فهذه رسالة مقدمة لنيل درجة العالمية العالية الدكتوراه، في قسم الفقه، في كلية الشريعة، في الجامعة الإسلامية في المدينة المنورة، والتي بعنوان: (الاحتمالات الفقهية في كتاب المغني لابن قدامة في كتاب الاعتكاف -جمعاً ودراسة-). وقد اشتمل بحثي على مقدمة، وتمهيد: ويشتمل على التعريف بكتاب المغني، والتعريف بمؤلفه ابن قدامة، وتعريف الاحتمال الفقهي الوراد في كتابه، وفصل واحد: اشتمل على دراسة الاحتمالات التي ذكرها ابن قدامة في باب وهو الاعتكاف، وعدد المسائل في الباب سبع مسائل.

Abstract: Researcher: Abdur Rahman ibn Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Sa'dy. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon the most honourable of the prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad and all his family and companions. As for what follows: This is a thesis submitted for obtaining a doctorate degree PhD, in the Department of Islamic Jurisprudence, at the Faculty of Sharia, at the Islamic University of Madinah, titled: (The collection and study of Jurisprudential Probabilities in the chapter of Ihtikaf in book "Al-Mughni" by Ibn Qudaamah. My research included an introduction and a preamble: it includes the introduction of the book Al-Mughni, the biography of its author Ibn Qudaamah, the definition of the jurisprudential probability mentioned in his book, and one chapter: it included a study of the probabilities mentioned by Ibn Qudamah in the chapter of religious retreat (Al-i’tikaaf) which contains seven issues.
