المستخلص: مستخلص البحث: الباحث: عبدالرحمن بن محمد عفيفي. إن من مقاصد التأليف السامية إبراز جهود العلماء – رحمهم الله – وتسليط الضوء على حياتهم العلمية والفكرية. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز علم أحد علماء الحنابلة وهو الشيخ أبي الحسن بن بكروس – رحمه الله – ودراسة بعض اختياراته الفقهية وجمعها في مكان واحد لما لاختياراته من مكانة علمية عند علماء المذهب. وتوصل الباحث إلى النتائج التالية: - رفعة مكانة الشيخ ابن بكروس العلمية، حتى صار وجهتًا لطلاب العلم في العراق، ومن أشهر تلاميذه الموفق ابن قدامة. - لم يصل لنا كتابًا فقهيًا للشيخ ابن بكروس، وغاية ما وصل لنا، بعض اختياراته المبثوثة في كتب المذهب. - أهمية اختيارات الشيخ ابن بكروس، وكونها مرجعًا لمعرفة المذهب، وتصحيحه لعلماء المذهب من بعده وعلى رأسهم مصحح المذهب الإمام المرداوي. - اتباع الشيخ ابن بكروس للدليل، وحرصه على أن يكون له سلف في كل اختيار له. - لم يكن الشيخ ابن بكروس مقلدًا للمذهب، بل كان له اختيارات، واجتهادات في الفقه. ويوصي الباحث بما يلي: - العناية بإبراز جهود العلماء السابقين، خاصة الذين لم يُخدم علمهم. - العناية بجمع اختيارات من سبق من العلماء مع دراستها، خاصة الذين فُقدت كتبهم، ولم يصل إلينا منها شيء. - العناية بدراسة أقوال واختيارات العلماء الذين يعتمد على اختياراتهم في معرفة المذهب وتصحيحه، لما فيها إعانة على تنمية الملكة الفقهية لدى الدارس.

Abstract: Abstract Researcher: Abdulrahman Mohammed Afifi One of the Nobel purposes of authorship is to highlight the efforts of scholars - may Allah have mercy on them - and to shed light on their scientific and intellectual life. This research aims to highlight the knowledge of one of the Hanbali scholars, Sheikh Abu al-Hasan bin Bakrus - may Allah have mercy on him - and to study some of his jurisprudential choices and collect them in one place because of his scientific status among the Hanbali scholars. The resarch reached to the following results: - The high place of Sheikh Ibn Bakrus- may Allah mercy him - students In Iraq learn in his classes. He became one of the famous students of Ibn Qudamah - may Allah mercy him - - A jurisprudence book by Sheikh Ibn Bakrus has not reached us, Only some of his choices spread in his books reached to us. - The importance of Sheikh Ibn Bakrus’ choices, and their being a reference for knowing the Hanbali school, His choices correcting scholars like Imam Al-Mardawi. - Sheikh Ibn Bakrus following the evidence, and his keenness to have a predecessor in every choice for him. - Sheikh Ibn Bakrus was not a follower of the Hanbali school madhhab, but rather he had choices and jurisprudence. The researcher recommends the following: - Paying attention to highlighting the efforts of previous scholars, especially those whose knowledge was not served. - Taking care of collecting and studying the choices of previous scholars, especially those whose books have been lost, and few of them has reached us. - Paying attention to the study of the sayings and choices of scholars whose choices depend on the knowledge and correction of the doctrine, as it helps the student to develop the jurisprudential ability
