يهدف البحث إلى:
1- بيان منزلة مالك في الحديث وشدة انتقائه للرجال الموطأ.
2- بيان منزلة الموطأ
3- جمع رجال مالك ممن لم يذكر فيه جرح أو تعديل، فإنني لم أجد من أفردهم في مصنف
4- جمع مروياتهم في الموطأ ومن ثم تخريجها من كتب السنة إن وجد
5- دراسة مروياتهم
6- يعين على الوصول إلى القول الراجح في حكم هؤلاء الرجال من حيث قبول روايتهم وعدمها فإن من العلماء من أطلق القول بأن كل من روى عنه مالك سواء كان من شيوخه أو من فوقه فإنه ثقة ولاسيما إن كان من المدنيين.
خطة البحث مكونة من: مقدمة ثم ذكر الرجال الذين لم يذكروا بجرح أو تعديل ممن روى عنهم مالك في الموطأ ومروياتهم وقد رتبتهم حسب ترتيب المعجم ثم الخاتمة وأذكر فيها أهم النتائج فهرس المصادر.
منهج البحث: أنني جمعت ما وقفت عليه من الرجال ممن ذكر باسمه في الكتب التي اعتنت برجال موطأ مالك ممن في رواية يحيى الليثي ممن لم يذكر فيه جرح أو تعديل مع ذكر مروياته في الموطأ والتعليق عليها بما يناسب وفق منهج بينته.
وقد واجهت بعض الصعوبات في كتابة البحث، منها:
- عدم وجود المصادر الكافية التي استوعبت الكلام في رجال مالك.
- أن الرجال الذين أبحث عنهم عدوا من المجاهيل فالبحث في تراجمهم يحتاج لجهد مضاعف وكذا الكلام على أحاديثهم.
وأهم النتائج التي وصل إليها الباحث هي:
- أن عدد رجال مالك ممن لم يذكر فيه جرح ولا تعديل عددهم (واحد وثلاثون راويا)
- أن رواياتهم إما مقبولة أو يعتضد بها
هذا والله أسأل من التوفيق للصواب وأن يجعل هذا خالصا لوجهه الكريم.
Abstract: Research Topic "Malik's men who were not discredited nor endorsed and their narrations in Al-Muwatta'".
The research aims at:
1- Explanation of the status of Malik in the hadith and the intensity of his selection of the men of the Muwatta’.
2- Explanation of the status of the Muwatta'
3- The collection of the men of Malik who were not discredited nor endorsed, for I did not find those who singled out them in his work.
4- Collecting their narrations in Al-Muwatta’ and then extracting them from the books of the Sunnah, if any.
5- Study their narrations.
6- It helps to arrive at the most correct opinion in the ruling of these men in terms of accepting their narration or not. Among the scholars are those who say that whomever Malik narrated from, whether he was one of his sheikhs or those above him, is trustworthy, especially if he was from the Madanite.
The research plan consists of: an introduction, then mentioned the men who were not discredited nor endorsed from whom Malik narrated in Al-Muwatta' and their narrations. I arranged them according to the order of the lexicon, then the conclusion, in which I mentioned the most important results. The sources index.
Research Methodology: I collected what I found from among men who were mentioned by his name in the books that are concern about the men of Muwatta' Malik who were in the narration of Yahya Al-Laithi whom was not discredited nor endorsed and mentioned his narrations in Al-Muwatta' and commented on them according to the approach he showed.
I faced some difficulties in writing the research, including:
- The lack of sufficient sources that comprehend the speech on Malik's men,
- The men I was looking for were from the unknown, so searching their biographies requires a double effort, as well as talking about their hadiths.
The most important results reached by the researcher are:
- The number of Malik's men who were not discredited nor endorsed were (thirty-one narrators)
Their narrations are either accepted or used as backup.
I implore Allah for success in what is right, and that this work be made purely for His sake.
