تظهر أهمية الموضوع من جهة: أن هذا الموضوع متعلق بالصلاة، وكونه يتعلق بالخشوع وهو جوهر الصلاة وروحها ، أن الموضوع تتجاذبه أحاديث مختلفة فلجمعها وبيان الصحيح منها والضعيف أثر كبير في الحكم
قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث : الأول موضع نظر المصلي حال القيام والثاني: موضع نظر المصلي حال التشهد والثالث: موضع نظر المصلي في المسجد الحرام
وفي كل مبحث منها ثلاثة مطالب: الأول في أقوال العلماء في المسألة والثاني في أدلة الأقوال والثالث في الترجيح بين الأقوال
- ثم ذكرت الخاتمة التي ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات
- وقد توصل الباحث في بحثه إلى أن نظر المصلي في الحالات المذكورة إلى جهة القبلة وهي التي صحت بها الأحاديث
- لم يصح حديث في النظر إلى محل السجود وكذا إلى الأصبع في التشهد
- لم يثبت حديث في كون النظر إلى الكعبة حديث
Abstract: The research answers the following questions: Where does the worshiper look when standing? And where does the worshiper look during sitting for Tashahhud? Where does the worshiper look when standing in front of the Ka'abah? Is there any authentic hadith in that regard? And what are the sayings of the scholars about that?
The research aims to: study the hadiths mentioned in the place where the worshiper looks at during prayer and clarify its rank in terms of authenticity and weakness.
What are the sayings of the scholars regarding the place where the worshiper looks at during prayer in his different conditions? What is the most correct saying in where the worshiper looks at during prayer in his various conditions?
The importance of the topic is shown on the direction:
This topic is related to prayer, and it is related to khushoo'(reverence), which is the essence and soul of prayer.
The topic is attracted by different hadiths, so collecting them and clarifying the correct ones and the weak ones has a great impact on the Islamic ruling.
The research consists of an introduction and three topics, and under each topic there are three sections, including the sayings of scholars on the issue, as well as evidence on this issue, then the judgment and the statement of the most correct sayings on the issue, and then the results of the research. As for the first topic, it deals with the place in which the worshiper looks in prayer while standing, the second topic deals with: the place where the worshiper looks at while he is in the Tashahhud. The third topic deals with: the place where the worshiper looks while standing before the Sacred house (Ka'abah). Among the findings of the researcher is that the place where the worshiper looks in prayer is the qiblah because of the authenticity of the hadiths that confirmed and support that. The hadiths stating that the worshiper should look at the place of prostration and the finger while he is in the Tashahhud are not authentic. There was no authentic hadith instructing the worshiper to look towards the Ka'abah.
