المستخلص: جاء هذا البحث تحت عنوان المشتقات المالية وعقود الخيار في سوق المال في الاقتصاد الوضعي والاقتصاد الاسلامي دارسة مقارنة . وهدف البحث الى التعرف على المشتقات المالية وعقود الخيار في سوق المال في الاقتصاد الوضعي والاقتصاد الاسلامي من حيث مفهوم المشتقات المالية وعقودها والهدف منها وادواتها واركانها وانواعها وتقسيماتها واهميتها الاقتصادية ومخاطر التعامل بها وما وأثير من جدل حولها . وقد تطرق البحث للمشتقات المالية من منظور شرعي واقتصادي من حيث بيان رأي العلماء والباحثين في الاقتصاد الاسلامي وكذلك رأي المجامع الفقهية والبدائل الشرعية لها . بالإضافة الى البدائل المقترحة لمشتقات التحوط المالي ومنها التحوط التعاوني ( التأمين) و التحوط الثنائي لمخاطر العائد. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ومنهج المقارنة في هذا البحث من خلال المراجع المختلفة .

Abstract: This research has come under the title ' financial derivatives and option contracts in the financial market in the statutory economy and the Islamic economy, a comparison study'. The objective of the research is to recognize the financial derivatives and option contracts in the financial market in the statutory economy and the Islamic economy in terms of financial derivatives concept, their contracts, the purpose of them, thier tools , thier pillars, thier types, thier divisions, thier economic importance, the risk from dealing with them and what is raised about them. The research has discussed to financial derivatives from a religious and economic perspective in terms of the clarification of muslim scholars' opinion in the Islamic economy and jurisprudential institutions' opinion and the religious alternatives. In addition to the suggested alternatives for financial hedging including the insurance and binary hedging for return's risks. The researcher has used the descriptive methodology and comparison methodology in this research through different references.
