المستخلص: لا شك في أهمية مناصحة ولاة الأمر ومشروعيتها، وشدة حاجة الحكام إليها؛ فإنهم من البشر، ومعرضون للخطأ والصواب، وليسوا بمعصومين، والمسؤولية عليهم عظيمةـ، وأفعالهم وأوامرهم وقراراتهم تكون ذات شعب كثيرة وأبعاد واسعة، وآثارها الإيجابية أو السلبية تكون مصيرية ومتعدية وعامة للأمة، ولذلك هم بحاجة شديدة إلى من يعينهم ويسددهم ويرشدهم ويشير عليهم بالحق والعدل، والتنبيه على أخطائهم وأغلاطهم، وأمرهم بالمعروف ونهيهم عن المنكر لا يعني مخالفتهم ومعارضتهم والخروج عليهم، بل هذا من النصيحة وإرادة الخير لهم، ولكن لها شروط وآداب وأحوال وكيفيات وطرق عامة وخاصة، ولا بد من مراعاتها جميعها عند القيام بهذه الشعيرة العظيمة، ومن أهمها وأنفعها أن تكون النصيحة بالإسرار دون الإجهار، وأن تكون برفق وتودد وإحسان دون إساءة وتنفير وإغلاظ وتشديد، فلا بد من الجمع بين الإسرار والإحسان عند القيام بهذه الشعيرة العظيمة، وهذه هي الطريقة المثلى في هذا الباب، الموافقة للآيات القرآنية، والأحاديث النبوية، وسيرة السلف الصالح رضوان الله عليهم. وفي الالتزام بمنهج السلف الصالح في مناصحة ولاة الأمر، وأمرهم بالمعروف، ونهيهم عن المنكر امتثال لما أمر الله به ورسوله، ونصيحة لله ورسوله وأئمة المسلمين وعامتهم، وقيام بشعيرة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر على الوجه الصحيح، وإقامة للعدل والإنصاف، وتحقيق للوسطية والاعتدال مع الولاة والحكام، وحفظ لمنزلتهم ومكانتهم وهيبتهم وعظمتهم في القلوب، ومنع للناس من الجرأة الزائدة عليهم، وتربية للنشء على محبتهم، وتعويد للناس على تعظيمهم ومبادلتهم بالاحترام والتقدير، وأدعى لهم بالقبول والاستجابة، وأسهل وأنفع وأجدر لتحقيق رغبات الرعية وتوفير حاجاتهم، ودرء للفتنة والمحنة، وتقليص للشر والفساد، ودفع لأسباب الخروج على الولاة، ووقاية من إفساد الشعوب وتحريضها عليهم، وعصمة من التسبب في تفريق جماعة المسلمين، وصيانة للدماء والأنفس والأعراض والأموال، وإبقاء للنعم، وحفظ للأمن والاستقرار... إلى غير ذلك من الثمرات والفوائد والمصالح والآثار الحميدة في الدنيا والآخرة

Abstract: There is no doubt about the importance of admonishing rulers and how they direly need that، for، they are infallible humans who are bound to make mistakes. The need become more serious when we consider the big responsibility lying with them، and the great impact their decisions، actions or inactions have on the led، as it decide their fate most of the time. A person with such a huge responsibility is no doubt in need of someone to help، guide، advise him، enjoin him to do good، prevent him from doing evil and even point out to him his mistakes and wrongdoings. Doing so do not amount to rebellion against them nor do it amount to opposing them، rather، it is a proof of loyalty and goodwill. But there are some conditions، etiquettes and procedures that should be adhered to when giving such admonitions، the most important of which are: giving the advice privately، gently in the spirit of brotherhood devoid of harshness or shaming. This is the best method of giving advice to leaders، for، it complies with the teaching of the Qur'an، prophetic traditions and the actions of the pious predecessors. Observing this methodology of the pious predecessors in admonishing rulers، enjoining them to do good and preventing them from doing evil is an obedience to Allah's injunctions and that of His Messenger، it is sincerity to Allah، His Messenger، rulers and the commoners، it is the true way of enjoining good and forbidding evil، observance of justice، moderation in dealing with rulers، preserving their dignity in the face of the commoners، preventing the commoners from dealing with them audaciously، bringing up children to love them، training people to respect them، it makes it easier for the rulers to accept the admonition and more practical in achieving the needs of the led، it helps in warding off strife، minimizing evil، preventing rebellion، it protects the led from being incited against the rulers or divided against one another، it protects the lives wealth and dignity of the people، as well as helping in maintaining public order and security، etc
