Abstract: It is an established fact that the Prophet – PBUH- has made sujud on the sand، the bare ground، small and regular mats، clothes، and carpets. His Mosque's floor was covered with gravel under his watch and with his consent، and his companions will pray behind him، make sujud on their garments when the floor is hot، to show how simplified things are made in this matter، and that it is lawful to cover the floor of a Mosque with gravel or carpet it to avoid exposing people's clothes to dirt، moisture and mud and to protect them against heat، cold، insects، etc. Since rules always go with its underlying reasons، whether it exists or not، it is not obligatory to make sujud on the bare ground، nor it is unlawful to make sujud on carpets، mats، clothes and the likes، nor it is true the claim that it is innovations and should be taken out of Mosques. The claim that it is obligatory to make sujud on the soil and its derivatives، and that it is unlawful to make sujud on carpets and mats has made Shi'ites to carry with them a piece of a caked soil designed in a certain way to make sujud on it، and they prefer to make it from sand collected from the shrine of Karbala، despite the fact that neither the Prophet nor any of his companions designed or made sujud on anything of such. Rather it is a nasty form of an innovation the Shiites brought into the deen to accumulate wealth from the gullible through unlawful means and to reap some worldly benefits. Shiites often pray behind Ahlus Sunnah without using the caked soil، not because they approve of that، rather they do it out of secretiveness، Taqiyya (two-facedness) and hypocrisy، which is fundamental to the Shi'a creed، and it is their way of dealing with Ahlussunnah، contrary to the teachings of Islam and Ahlul- Bait whose teachings they claim to uphold
