المستخلص: في ظل الأوضاع الراهنة التي اجتاح فيها الفيروس (كورونا)العالم بأسره، وانتشر بين الناس الخوفُ منه، وتحمَّل بعضُ الناس من التكاليف ما لا يطيقون؛ يأتي هذا البحثُ ليبين منهج القرآن الكريم في طمأنة المرضى، والتخفيف عليهم. وما كان لأهل القرآن المتخصصين في تفسيره أن يكونوا بعيدين عن هذا؛ فكتاب الله فيه بيانُ كل شيءٍ، فكان لزامًا عليهم أن يُدْلُوا بدلوهم، وينزعوا من هذا القرآن المعانيَ التي تناسبُ هذه الأوضاع. لذا جاء هذا البحثُ لبيان أنَّ طمأنة المرضى من أهدافِ القرآن في ظل الفزع الذي يعيشون فيه بسبب مرضهم، كما أنَّ الشارع راعى ما هم فيه من جهدٍ ومشقةٍ فخفَّف عنهم الكثير من التكاليف. وجاء البحث وفق المنهج الاستقرائي في تتبع مواضع القرآن التي تحدثت عن هذه المواضيع، والمنهج الوصفي في شرح هذين الأمرين. وأما خطة البحث ففيها: تمهيد: وفصلين فالفصل الأول: طمأنة المرضى في القرآن، وفيه سبعة مباحث. والفصل الثاني: تخفيف التكاليف عن المرضى في القرآن، وفيه ستة مباحث. وأهم النتائج من هذا البحث: - بيانُ أنَّ طمأنة المرضى وتهدئة نفوسهم أمرٌ شرعيٌّ ومقصد قرآنيٌّ في التعامل مع المرضى، كما أنَّ الكثير من الأحكام قد خُفِّفَت عنهم مراعاةً لحال ضعفهم. - بيان سبق الإسلام إلى مثل هذه المقاصد الطبية، والتشريعات التكليفية، وبيان أهمية الحياة الإنسانية في الشريعة.

Abstract: In light of the current conditions in which the virus (Corona) has touched the entire world, and its fear being widespread among people, and that some people have had to endure what is beyond their capability; this research has come to reveal the approach of the Glorious Quran in reassuring patients and relieving them. The people of the Qur’an who specialize in its interpretation could not be estranged on this, since the Book of Allaah includes the clarification on everything, so it was necessary for them to play their part by eliciting from this Qur’an the meanings that suit the prevailing situations. Therefore, this research comes to show that reassurance of patients is one of the themes of the Qur’an in light of the fear in which they live due to their illness, and that Allaah takes into account their plight and hardship, thus relaxing many of the religious duties for them. The research was based on the inductive approach in tracing the topics of the Qur’an that discussed these topics, and the descriptive method for explaining these two matters. As for the research plan, it includes: an introduction: and two chapters The first chapter: Reassuring patients in the Qur’an, and it contains seven sub-chapters. The second chapter: Relaxing religious duties for patients in the Qur’an, which contains six sub-chapters. The most important findings from this research:  Explanation that reassuring patients and calming them down is a legitimate matter and one of the Quranic objectives in dealing with patients, and that many of the rulings have been relaxed for them in consideration of their weakness.  Explanation on the precedence of Islam to such medical objectives, and religious injunctions, and stating the importance of human life under the Shari‘ah.
