المستخلص: المستخلص هذا البحث يتعلق بالتقية بين أهل السنة ومخالفيهم عرض ونقد أهم أهداف البحث : بيان مفهوم الفرق المخالفة لأهل السنة والجماعة في التقية منهج البحث : المنهج الاستقرائي ، والمنهج النقدي . أهم نتائج البحث : 1- الأصل عند أهل السنة والجماعة إظهار الإيمان وعدم كتمانه إلا عند الضرورة ،فيجوز الأخذ بالرخصة في القول بالإجماع ، وفي الفعل عند أكثرهم دون القتل فإنه محرم بالإجماع. 2-أن الأخذ بالتقية عند الصوفية والرافضة فرض واجب لا يترك ، وأما الخوارج فاختلفوا فيها بين مجيز ، ومانع ، ومفصل . 3-أن مفهوم التقية عند الخوارج والصوفية والرافضة يتعلق بما يدينون به من العقائد المخالفة لأهل السنة والجماعة

Abstract: Abstract This research is related to the topic Taqiyya between Sunnis and their violators Presentation and Criticism. The most important research objectives: Concept statement of opposing teams to Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'a in Taqiyya Research Methodology: The inductive approach and the critical approach . The most important results of the research : 1 – The basic principle for Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'a is to show faith and not concealing it except when necessary, Then the license may be taken in the Saying Unanimously and in deed for most of them except killing, it's unanimously forbidden. 2 – According to Kharijites , Sufism and Rafidah,, Taqiyya relate to their creeds that violates Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'a 3 – Applying Taqiyya for Sufism and Rafidah is a must that should be followed in any case , but for Kharijites, they differed about it between possibility , prohibition and elaborating.
