المستخلص: وقفت على هذه الرسالة النفيسة للعلامة حافظ الحكمي -رحمه الله-، وهي: النور الفائض من شمس الوحي في علم الفرائض، استعرض فيها العلامة أصول هذا العلم في رسالة ماتعة، حنبلية، تحرر في ترجيحاته فيها، وأكثر من المسائل التطبيقية والتي تربو على 200 مسألة، وجعل فيها جملة من القواعد، حققت النص معتمداً على مطبوع قديم طبع في حياته، ولعله من آخر مؤلفاته رحمه الله، وكان ذلك في عهد الملك سعود رحمه الله حيث طبعت جميع مؤلفات الإمام (1373هـ).
وقد ابتدأ -رحمه الله- من أصول هذا العلم، من: بيان الحقوق المتعلقة بالتركة، وإلى باب: من مات بلا وارث، وقد ظهر لي في نتائج هذا العمل شيئاً من سعة علم هذا العالم الجليل، فمن استعرض هذه الرسالة القصيرة يجد فيها بلاغة في عرض المعقد من المسائل، واستعمالاً للمنهج الاستقصائي في عرض المسائل الكثيرة تحت قاعدةٍ، أو صورةٍ ما، ويظهر ذلك -مثلاً- في باب الجد والإخوة، وتصحيح الانكسار، ونحو ذلك.
وقد قمت بتحقيق الكتاب وتحويل المسائل المنثورة إلى جداول، وعلقت وبينت ما يحتاج إلى بيان، وأضيف طريقة العمل -أحياناً-.
Abstract: I found this precious work of the scholar Hafez al-Hakami - may Allah have mercy on him - which is "Al-Nur al-Faizh min Shams al-Wahyi fi Hilm al-Farahidh". The scholar reviewed the fundamentals of the science of inheritance in an interesting Hanbali manuscript. He was liberate in his validations of views in it, and most of the issues he addressed are practical issues, which were more than 200 and he deduced a set of rules from it. I investigated the text based on an old printed copy published in his lifetime, and perhaps it is one of his last books, may Allah have mercy on him. This was during the reign of King Saud -may Allah have mercy on him- when all the books of the Imam were printed in (1373 AH).
He began - may Allah have mercy on him - from the fundamentals of this science, from: Explaining the rights related to the inheritance, and to the chapter: "A deceased without an heir", and I was able to discover the versatile knowledge of this great scholar through in the results of this work. Whoever asses this short work will find it eloquent in presenting the complex issues, and using the investigative method in presenting the many issues under a rule, or a model, and that appears - for example - in the chapter on grandfather and brotherhood, correcting refraction, and so on.
I investigated the book and transmitted the presented issues into tables, I commented and explained the necessary contents, and I sometimes stated the method used for the work.
