المستخلص: استهدف البحث إعداد برنامج إلكتروني قائم على توظيف الأمثال العربية والتحقق من فاعليته في تنمية الطلاقة التعبيرية والاتجاه نحو الثقافة العربية لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى. وتكونت عيّنة البحث من (40) طالباً من طلاب المستوى الرابع ببرنامج الإعداد اللغوي في معهد تعليم اللغة العربية في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف؛ استخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي للتحقق من فاعلية برنامج إلكتروني قائم على توظيف الأمثال العربية (المتغير مستقل) في تنمية الطلاقة التعبيرية والاتجاه نحو الثقافة العربية (المتغيران التابعان)، لدى طلاب المستوى الرابع بمعهد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها من خلال مقارنة نتائج مجموعة الدراسة في التطبيقين: القبلي والبعدي لاختبار الطلاقة التعبيرية، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو الثقافة العربية على عينة البحث. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لعينة البحث في الطلاقة التعبيرية والاتجاه نحو الثقافة العربية تُعزَى إلى استخدام البرنامج الإلكتروني القائم على توظيف الأمثال العربية، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدّم الباحث مجموعة التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة. الكلمات المفتاحية: برنامج إلكتروني، الأمثال العربية، الطلاقة التعبيرية، الاتجاه نحو الثقافة العربية.

Abstract: The research aimed to prepare an electronic program based on employing Arabic proverbs and verify its effectiveness in developing expressive fluency and the trend towards Arab culture among Arabic language learners speaking other languages. The research sample consisted of (40) students from the fourth level of the language preparation program at the Institute for Teaching Arabic Language at Islamic University of Madinah. To achieve this goal; The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach to verify the effectiveness of an electronic program based on employing Arabic proverbs (the variable is independent) in developing expressive fluency and the trend towards Arab culture (the two dependent variables), among students of the fourth level at the Institute for Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers by comparing the results of the study group in The two applications: pre and post, to test expressive fluency, and measure the attitude towards Arab culture on the research sample. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements of the research sample in terms of expressive fluency and the tendency towards Arab culture due to the use of the electronic program based on employing Arabic proverbs, and in light of these results the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposed research.
