المستخلص: ملخص المشروع البحثي يمثل هذا البحث مادة جامعة للأحاديث الواردة في خلق الحياء في الأحاديث الواردة في الحياء في الكتب التسعة ، ومسند أبي يعلى الموصلي، ومسند أبي بكر البزار، ومعاجم الطبراني الثلاثة جمعاً ودراسة حديثية، وفق منهج المحدثين ببيان المقبول والمردود ومناقشة أسانيدها وشواهدها، واختلاف ألفاظها مع بيان غريبها وتبويب مسائلها. خطة البحث قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد وخمسة وعشرين مطلباً، وخاتمة. ويهدف البحث إلى: 1- تقريب الأحاديث الواردة في الحياء في هذا الموضوع بجمعها وتبويبها وفق المستنبط منها من أشهر أمهات كتب السنة السابق ذكرها . 2- إبراز المقبول والمردود من هذه الأحاديث وفق الصناعة الحديثية، مما يعزز الاستدلال بالثابت دون المردود. منهج البحث : اتبع الباحث في جمع المادة ودراستها المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي وفقاً لقواعد المحدثين في تمييز المقبول والمردود من المرويات، مكوناً مادة جامعة للأحاديث الواردة في الحياء في أمهات كتب الرواية. النتائج : جملة ما وقف عليه الباحث من الأحاديث هو (80) حديثاً، ومحصلة الأحكام عليها كانت على النحو التالي: الأحاديث الصحيحة (21) حديثاً، والأحاديث الحسنة (6) أحاديث ، والأحاديث الضعيفة (30) حديثًا ، والأحاديث الضعيفة جدًّا (19) حديثاً ، الأحاديث الموضوعة (4) أحاديث. التوصيات : يوصي الباحث بتوسع البحث عما ورد في الحياء، ليشمل سائر كتب الرواية، لما ورد مرفوعاً، أو موقوفاً قولاً أو فعلاً، والله أسأل أن ييسر ذلك، وينفع بهذا البحث العامة والخاصة. الكلمات المفتاحية : حياء – الحياء – يستحي – تستحوا – حيي.

Abstract: The Prophetic Traditions Concerning Shyness as Mentioned in the Nine Books, Musnad Abi Ya'laa al-Mawsili, Musnad Abi Bakr al-Bazzaar, and at-Tabaraani's Three Ma'aajim A Collection and Study Abstract This research represents a collection of the Prophetic traditions about the characteristic of shyness in the Nine Books, Musnad Abi Ya'laa al-Mawsili, Musnad Abi Bakr al-Bazzaar, and at-Tabaraani's Three Ma'aajim, collection and study, according to the methodology of the muhadditheen, by clarifying the acceptable and rejected ones, discussing their chains of narrations, supporting narrations and their different wordings, whilst explaining the unclear terms and sectioning their various issues. Plan: The paper was separated into an introduction, preface, twenty-five sections, and the conclusion. The research intends to: 1- Bring the Prophetic traditions concerning shyness in this topic closer to the reader by collecting them and sectioning them according to that which is derived from them, from the famous major books of the Sunnah previously mentioned. 2- Highlight the acceptable and refused ones from these traditions, according to the methodology of the muhadditheen, which strengthens the acceptance of the accepted ones, but not the refused. Research Methodology: The researcher followed the Inductive Analytical Methodology in the collection and study of the narrations, according to the principles of the muhadditheen in distinguishing between the acceptable and refused narrations, producing a topic pertaining to the Prophetic traditions concerning shyness as mentioned in the major books of hadeeth narrations. Results: The research came across (80) traditions in total, split according to the following rulings: (21) Authentic (saheeh) traditions. (6) Good (hasan) traditions. (30) Weak (da'eef) traditions. (19) Very Weak (da'eef jiddan) traditions. (4) Fabricated (mawdoo') traditions. Recommendations: The researcher recommends that a more expansive research on the traditions mentioning shyness is done, based on the remaining books of narrations, whether they are attributed to the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) or his companions, from their speech or actions.
