المستخلص: مُستخلص البحث الحمد الله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وبعد: فهذا بحثٌ بعنوان: "الكَفيل بمعَاني التَّنزيل" للقَاضِي عِمادِ الدِّين الكنديّ، من بداية تفسير الآية (71) من سُورة يونس، إلى نهاية تفسير الآية (49) من سُورة هود، دراسةً وتحقيقاً، وهو رسالة ماجستير ضمن مجموعة رسائل في تحقيق الكتاب، وموضوع الكتاب هو: تفسير آيات القرآن الكريم، وبيان معانيها، وقد اشتمل أيضاً على كثير من العلوم، كالقراءات، واللغة، والنحو، والبلاغة، والعقيدة، والفقه، والأصول، وعلم الكلام، وغيرها، والكتاب في أصله حاشيةٌ على "الكشّاف" للزمخشري، وهو كتابٌ واسعٌ كبيرٌ. وقد جعلتُ البحث قسمين، قسم الدراسة، وقسم النصِّ المحقّق، حيث احتوى قسم الدراسة على مقدمةٍ، وفيها: أهميةُ الموضوع، وأسبابُ اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، وخطةُ البحث، ومنهجُ التحقيق، وترجمةٌ موجزة للزمخشري، وترجمةُ المؤلف، ودراسةُ الكتاب، ومنهجُ مؤلفه فيه، واحتوى قسم التحقيق على نصِّ كلام المؤلف، والتعليق عليه، ثم اختتمت الرسالة بفهارس علمية متنوعة، والمصادر والمراجع. وقد اعتمدت في التحقيق على ثلاث نسخ خطية، وهي: نسخة بخط المــؤلف، وهي مصورة بالجامعة الإسلامية، في قسم: المـصورات الفلميّة، ومحفوظة برقم (2343)، ومقسمة إلى (23) مجلداً. ونسخة محفوظة بمتحف: "طبوقبوسراي" بإسطنبول، برقم (1/464)، في أربعة مجلدات. ونسخة فيض الله، مكتبة فيض الله أفندي 9 (المورد 7/1-2(1978) 318)، وتقع في ثلاثة مجلدات.

Abstract: Abstract Title:- Al-Kafeel in the meaning of Al-Tanzeel Researcher:- Tawfik Al Ghurbani Approach:- This research, entitled “ Al-Kafeel in the meaning of Tanzeel “ is based on the sayings of the late judge and the scholar of quranic exegesis; Emad al-din Al -Kindi. This study and investigation of qur’anic exegesis starts with the interpretation of verse 71 from surah Yunus and ends at verse 49 of surah Hood. The study is , together with other smaller studies, a part of a larger masters thesis. All studies for this masters thesis are based on footnotes written for the book Alkashaf by al -Zamakhshari which is a very large book. The book; Alkashaf by al-Zamakhshari deals mainly with the science of qur’anic exegesis but it also touches other areas of knowledge such as grammar, rhetoric, doctrine, Islamic jurisprudence, the origins of jurisprudence etc. This research is made up of two parts; the study section and the investigated text section. Where the study section contains an introduction, which includes the importance of the topic, the reason for choosing it, previous studies, the research plan, the investigation method, a brief translation of al-Zamakhshari, the translation of the author, the study of the book, and the methodology of its author therein. The investigation section contains the text of the author’s speech and comments on it. The study contains various scientific indexes, sources and references. In the investigation, I relied on the copy of three handwritten scripts, a copy of the author's handwriting, which is photographed at the Islamic University in the Department of Filmmaking, preserved with No. 2343 and divided into 23 volumes. The second copy is preserved in the Tabukbosrai Museum in Istanbul with No (1/464) and is divided into four volumes. The third copy is from Faizullah which can be found in” Faizullah Effendi 9 library” (resource 7), and is made up of three volumes.
