المستخلص: مستخلص البحث موضوع البحث: مرويات الاستعاذة بالنبيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبغيره من الآدميين. منهجه: المنهج الوصفي. تضمَّن البحث: مقدمةً، وتمهيدًا، وفصلين في كلِّ فصلٍ مبحثان، وخاتمةً، وثبتًا للمصادر، وفهرسين علميين. أهم نتائجه:  الاستعاذة لغة الاستجارة، واصطلاحا الامتناع بالشيء من المكروه.  روايات البحث عشر روايات.  الاستعاذة المباحة بالمخلوق الاستعاذة به فيما يقدر عليه وهو حاضر يسمع.  الاستعاذة بالأموات، والغائبين شرك أكبر.  جواز الاستعاذة بالحي القادر الغائب إذا كانت بحضرة من يبلغه إياها.  اعتماد القلب على المستعاذ به شرك أصغر.  للاستعاذة بالآدمي صور عديدة.  الجمع بين الاستعاذة بالمخلوق والاستعاذة بالخالق بواو العطف شرك أصغر.

Abstract: Research Abstract Research Topic: Narrations of seeking refuge with the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, and with other human beings. Methodology: The descriptive approach The research includes: An introduction, a preface, two chapters and in each chapter has two topics, a conclusion, a proof of sources, and two scientific indexes. Main Results: ▪ Seeking refuge, in linguistics, is to ask protection; and in the legal terminology, is to abstain from something hated. ▪ Research narrations are ten. ▪ Permissible seeking refuge with the created being shall be in what it is capable to do, while it is present and hearing. ▪ Seeking refuge with the dead or absent ones is a greater polytheism. ▪ It is permissible to seek refuge with the absent, living and able in the presence of a human being or by sensory means, which informs him the refuge. ▪ Dependence of the heart on whom refuge is sought with is a smaller polytheism. ▪ Seeking refuge with the human being has many types. ▪ Combining seeking refuge with the created being and the Creator is a smaller polytheism
