المستخلص: هذا البحث يتحدث عن مسألة دقيقة من مسائل علم أصول الفقه، وهي مسألة التخصيص بالنية، وبيان الفرق بينها وبين النية المؤكدة، وبيان الأثر الفقهي المترتب على ذلك. وتم إعداد هذا البحث وفق منهج وصفي نقدي، وذلك بذكر كلام الأصوليين في هذه المسألة، ومقارنتها بمسألة التخصيص بالمفهوم، وبيان رأي الباحث في ذلك. وتم تقسيم البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث رئيسية: الأول في تعريف التخصيص والتوكيد، والثاني في التخصيص بالمفهوم، والثالث في الفرق بين النية المؤكدة والنية المخصصة. ونتج عن البحث توصل الباحث إلى عدم وجود فرق بين النية المؤكدة والنية المخصصة، من حيث الأثر، مُخالفاً بذلك ما ذهب إليه القرافي في كتابه الفروق.

Abstract: This research talks about a subtle issue of theology of The Principles Islamic Jurisprudence (Usul Al-Fiqh), which is the issue of Specification by intention, explaining the difference between it and the confirmed intention, and explaining the jurisprudential effective that results from that. This research was prepared according to a descriptive and critical method, by mentioning the words of the fundamentalists on this issue, comparing it to the issue of Specification by Divergent meaning, and stating the researcher's opinion on that. The research was divided into three main topics: the first in the definition of Specification and Confirmation, the second in the Specification by Divergent meaning, and the third in the difference between the confirmed intention and specified intention. As a result of the research, the researcher concluded that there is no difference between the confirmed intention and specified intention, in terms of effect, contrary to what Al-Qarafi said in his book Al-Forooq.
