وقد قسمت البحث إلى تمهيد واربعة مباحث على النحو التالي : المبحث الاول / المناطق الريفية والحضارية والجريمة --- المبحث الثاني / دراسة الجريمة بالنسبة للبيئة --المبحث الثالث :نقد الدراسات بالنسبة للبيئة ودراسات الحوار -- المبحث الرابع : دراسة تطبيقية على الثقافة الأمريكية والجوار
مشكلة البحث : تتلخص في كيف يحسن القاضي ولاية القضاء في نزاع ما وكيف يفلح السجان في الحيلولة دون تردي السجين من جديد في هوة الاجرام ---.
أهداف البحث :1- رصد الجهود البحثية في مجال العلاقات الإجتماعية
2- دراسة الجريمة في المدن بالنسبة للبيئة
30- أثر التغيرات الإجتماعية وأثرها على تطور الجريمة
النتائج :
توصلت لعدد من النتائج المهمة من خلال البحث والتي من أهمها أن الجريمة ظاهرة اجتماعية وخلقية وسياسية واقتصادية قبل أن تكون حالة قانونية وجدت مع وجود الإنسان، وأنها ستبقى موجودة ما دام الإنسان موجود على الأرض، من هذا المفهوم نرى أنها عبارة عن تعبير للموازنة بين صراع القيم الاجتماعية والضغوط المختلفة من قبل المجتمع.
كما إن للعوامل الاجتماعية علاقة وثيقة في حدوث وارتكاب الجرائم حيث تتمثل في مجموعة الظروف التي تحيط بشخص معين وتميزه عن غيره.
Abstract: The research deals with the topic of “The Impact of Crime on the Environment.” In my research, I followed the comparative inductive approach.
The research was divided into an introduction and four sections as follows: Topic One / Rural and Civilized Areas and Crime --- Topic Two / Study of Crime in Relation to the Environment - Topic Three: Criticism of Studies for the Environment and Dialogue Studies - Section Four: An Applied Study on American Culture and the Neighborhood
The research problem: it is summarized in how the judge improves the jurisdiction of the judiciary in a given dispute and how the warden succeeds in preventing the prisoner from falling back into the crime gap.
Research objectives: 1- Monitor research efforts in the field of social relations
2- Study crime in cities in relation to the environment
30- The impact of social changes and their impact on the evolution of crime
And I reached a number of important results through research, the most important of which is that crime is a social, ethical, political and economic phenomenon before it was a legal state that existed with the existence of man, and that it will remain in existence as long as man is present on earth, from this concept we see that it is an expression of the balance between the struggle of values Social and various pressures by society. The social factors are closely related to the occurrence and commission of crimes, as it is represented in the set of circumstances surrounding a particular person and distinguishing him from others.
