المستخلص: تناول البحث الدلالة في لغة العامّة في تهذيب اللغة، تحت عنوان: من لغة العامة في تهذيب اللغة ومدى توافقها مع لغة بعض العامة المعاصرة في المدينة عرضًا ودراسة دلالية. جاءت الدراسة في مقدّمة وخمسة مباحث، ثمّ خاتمة، وفهرس للمصادر، وملحق، وفهرس للموضوعات، وقد تناولت المباحث الظواهر الدلالية الآتية: التضاد، والترادف، وتوسيع الدلالة، وتضييقها، ونقلها. وجمع البحث بين المنهجين: الوصفي والاستقرائي. هدف البحث: من أهم أهداف البحث الحكم على فصاحة ما تكلمت به العامّة في مستواه الدلالي؛ وذلك بعد تتبعه في مظانه من كتب اللغة. نتائج البحث: في ختام الدراسة وصل البحث إلى نتائج منها: 1- كان أبو منصور الأزهري ناقلًا لجميع المسائل التي تناولتها الدراسة. 2- أجاز البحث ما استعملته العامّة في جميع المسائل التي تناولتها الدراسة.

Abstract: The research dealt with the semantic level in the public speech in the language refinement, with title: Some of the Public Speech in Language Refinement and its Compatibility with the Speech of Some Contemporary Public in Madinah Presentation and Semantic Study. The study came in an introduction and five sections, then a conclusion, an index of resources, an appendix and an index of subjects. The sections have dealt with the following semantic phenomena: Antonyms, synonyms, the indication expansion, narrowing it down and transporting it. The research combined two methods: The descriptive and inductive. The research Objective: One of the most important objectives is judging the eloquence of what the public has spoken in its semantic level. That is after looking for it in the related language books. The research results: At the conclusion of the study, the research came up with results, some of them are: 1. Abu Mansour Alazhari was transmitting all of the issues which the study has dealt with. 2. The research permitted what the public used in all issues which the study dealt with.
